When visiting some of the sights in the heart of Wales, this is an excellent choice. The food was superb, the mussels and smoked salmon were followed by a very tender steak. Beer choices galore. Rooms modern and comfortable and very quiet at night. Dinefwr castle and its park are just across the road. The park has great nature walks, including a board walk that is well constructed. The Inn is highly recommended. The hotel is remote from the railway station, but easily reached by car and parking is plentiful.

The White Hart is a very welcoming , comfortable Inn. The bar has a great atmosphere, being popular with the locals, which is always a good recommendation. The beer, Cwrw, was good, and the food was excellent. The blackboard specials were all interesting, we agreed that it was a hard choice, any of them would have been good. The staff are very pleasant and efficient. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, good beds and clean well equipped bathrooms.

Attending a wedding reception recently proved to be a pleasant day with overnight accommodation. The food was traditional but well presented and enjoyable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is an AA 2 star so everything matched this classification. The only downside unfortunately was one of the toilets in the en-suite decided to make a massive noise when flushed so disturbing the nights sleep. However I am sure it will be rectified for the next guest.

We stayed at the Inn for two nights with family whilst attending a wedding in the area.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, our room was spotlessly clean, warm and well equipped.
On request an iron and ironing board appeared to press our wedding outfits!!
The evening meal we had together was excellent value for money and the food was very good.
Breakfast again was very substantial.
The one local real ale was very good, just a shame there wasnt another on offer.
Overall we wouldn't hesitate in recommending this inn for its accommodation and good food.

This hotel is rated 2* by the tourist board, so you can't expect too much.. the room was tidy enough but the furniture was old and mismatched and needed sprucing up a bit.. bathroom ok with over bath shower and small shower screen.. bed was a double with a wobbly headboard, and a ceiling fan. Full breakfast supplied between 0730 to 0930, not a huge portion but adequate. Staff polite and helpful.. so not too bad overall.

Six members of our family had a two night stay here. The staff were very friendly, the Inn was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We all thoroughly enjoyed the food, which was excellent. The location of the Inn was perfect for us as we wished to visit the picturesque Brecon Beacons. We called at a Visitor Centre, where the lady there was so helpful and
informative We would not hesitate in returning to the Inn and would recommend it to anyone.

I was surprised by the number and sized of the rooms at this pub. The bar staff were extremely friendly and despite not serving food on Sunday nights they made me some sandwiches, which were excellent. The breakfast wasn't bad either and again very friendly. There wasn't a great choice of real ale, but at least there was one good local one. I was also surprised to hear Welsh spoken in the pub, I knew some people did speak it in Sir Gar, but didn't realise they did in Llandeilo. There was free Wifi, the room was very warm and clean.
