Wren Cottage, Maesydderwen Holiday Cottages.

From 8th April – 15th April

On arriving at the cottages we were warmly welcomed by Shaun, Mary and Angela. We were shown round and left to settle in. The Cottage is really well stocked with everything that you need. A few nice touches with a Traditional Bara Birth Cake, Freshly Squeezed Apple juice, Flowers and a pint of Milk to make a cup of Tea /Coffee

There are also two washing Machines and Tumble Dryer that are available to use during your stay.

There is a 4 person Hot tub with each cottage here and is a great addition and was used each day we were here.

The Heating in the cottage is good and easily controlled.
Good parking with plenty room for your vehicle
The area is a dark at night but plenty of lighting in the main yard when needed and a torch supplied

The beds were comfortable and clean. Only personal thing was it was a double bed, being a taller gent and coming from a king size took me a few nights to get used to it.

BBQ’s were available if needed

The Local Village of LLandelio is approx 3 miles from the cottage. We used this for local shopping. I do recommend the Ice cream Parlour / Chocolate Emporium in the main High street. We also used the Local takeaway while we were here, if you like Indian food Kanzan Tandoori was really good.

This cottage was a great base for exploring North as well as south Wales.
I would recommend this cottage to anyone and is exactly as described.

Hope you enjoy.

Had such a lovely stay, beautiful cottage in a beautiful location. Owners are lovely and always on hand to help. Great added extras such as the hot tub and the homemade Barabirth on arrival! would 100% stay here again! The location is lovely, great walks around the area and so peaceful.

Thank you. Really pleased you explored the area and enjoyed the walks from the door. At this time of year it is really pretty through the woodlands and by the streams.

An absolutely picturesque place for those looking for piece and quiet, scenic views, and exploring, the cottages are beautiful, everything is there even down to the washing up sponge, so many little finishing touches that make the stay more pleasing. Lovely family run, will definitely be returning. And the hot tubs under the stars just turned up the wow factor. Thank you to you all.

Thank you. We try to think of everything. Our location, in a rural area, has the benefit of being very peaceful and in a designated Dark Zone giving a magical view of the stars from the hot tub.
