“Dine and Dance”
Reviewed 2 June 2013

This was my second visit to The Ryandale and both visits were just great. On my most recent visit we decided to opt for the dine and dance offer. It was a really great evening. The dining room area was so so clean, a very warm feel to the place. Staff were friendly and helpful and the meal was one of the best I have had in a while. Great portions and very tasty! We had a few drinks with our meal and they pull one of the best Guinness around. The dance was a great nights entertainment. Will definitely be returning sometime soon in the future.

Tried this place a week ago upon the recommendation of a friend and it certainly did not disappoint. Despite being very busy (it was a Saturday night), they were able to accommodate us even without a reservation. We were seated within minutes! The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was superb!

Oh my word!!! Visited the Ryandale at the weekend, with my family there was 5 of us and it was such a let down. The young female waitress had no interested in us what so ever. I ordered lasagne; it was cold, over cooked and just not very nice at all. Even the chips were hard to eat! How hard is it to cook chips?? We all vowed never to be back!
I think the ryandale should really look into there waiting staff and chef!
Yes if you manage to get a nice meal it is value for money as it is quite cheap how ever the quality of the food isn’t worth it, but as they say you get what you pay for?
I would say you do not need to book a table as it is never fully booked but would if it was a large table to give them some notice and prepare.

Charming, quaint establishment in a traditional village setting. We called in one evening for some tea/coffees and desserts to break a journey up. The bar man was more than pleasant welcoming us in and we were served by two very cheerful and attentive waitresses. It was quite quiet as it was a Wednesday evening however we stayed for a few hours and didn't feel rushed or in a hurry to leave at all. Desserts were delicious with ample tea and coffee served to us.

Went for a meal there last night. We had to wait for over an hour to be served but the food was excellent. We were not in a hurry as we were going in to the dance afterwards. There were six in our party and between food and drink our group spent over £350. Despite this, at the end of the night we were not allowed to finish our drinks, but were told to take them outside in a plastic glass. This was despite the fact that others were still present in the lounge. Staff were extremely rude at this stage. We were all disappointed with this end to what had been a very good night. Wouldn't be in a hurry back.

Enjoyed another great night at this hotel. As always the meal was great, the staff v friendly and helpful. The evening was completed by a great nights entertainment to one of the country's top country bands. Look forward to another night out soon

We ate here in Feb and went for the Dine and Dance option as we thought it was advertised as a better value option if you are also going to the dance. We had to choose from a set menu and only got half the amount of food that everybody else was recieving from the other menu, as well as having to pay an extra supplement for steak. The meal was fine but I was disapointed and the fact that it cost us £78 for what was so basic compared to the other menu. If we had of just ate from the usual menu with all the different meal options and then paid in seperate to the dance we would have paid much less. I dont understand how this could be a deal. The staff were lovely and attentive and I probably would eat here again but wouldnt recomend this option.

There really is no deal because if
