We would stay at this hotel 52 weeks of a year if we could afford to!!! From arriving at the hotel on the 3/3 to leaving on the 5/3 it was wonderful. The staff are very pleasant and always wanting to help and offer advice on places to go and things to do. The Brewers Fayre at the the side of the hotel is fab for anyone with kids - the playarea is free and open from early morning until very late at night - the food is excellent and staff in the restaurant are very friendly also - breakfasts are £7.99 per adult and kids are free but there is nothing they do not serve - cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurts and fried food - excellent!!!! The location is excellent and the views are amazing from the restaurant overlooking the castle - which again is a fabulous trip - we would definitely visit again!!! Thanks again!!!

Room Tip: Ours was a ground floor but still quiet

Myself and my husband were very impressed with PI from the moment we arrived. We found the staff very approachable and friendly. We often stay in hotels when away on business, or visiting family and friends. We chose PI instead of The Clarion Hotel in Carrick, mainly due to bad reports we have heard about The Clarion, and because they are over priced, and over rated. This cannot be said of PI. Will definitely stay again, in another location. The room was immaculate and contained everything we required for our stay. Parking facilities were excellent, beds very comfortable, location was central to all hotspots. Overall rating 10 out of 10!

Seafront hotel, with clean, large and friendly hotel. Good restaurant attached to it, and not too far from Belfast city if you prefer not to stay in the centre. Ample car parking space. However with regard to security, entrance door to all of the hotel rooms is without key access.

The hotel is beside the old harbour and marina in the centre of the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the receptionist in particular had a lovely smile, listened and showed interest in what we had to say. Not many like that about! Room was large, clean and comfortable. Food we ate elsewhere so no comment.

Room Tip: There all good.
