So many Tripadvisor reviews laud praise on the Bushmills Inn and, as far as I am concerned, it is all richly deserved! First stayed here over 12 years ago and although much development has taken place in the intervening years, they have very successfully managed to retain its unique charm.
Rooms are well equipped (though our room on this last trip was quite 'compact'), and the king-sized bed offered a wonderfully comfortable nights sleep.
The staff, without exception, were helpful and efficient and genuinely warm and friendly.
Whatever you do, make a point of dining there if you visit. Wonderful local produce and wonderful cooking - some of the very best we have experienced on our trip around Ireland. Sure, it is quite expensive but well worth it to my mind - go on, spoil yourself!
There is much to do and see on your doorstep too - particularly if it ever stops raining!More
