“Beautiful Course”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 May 2014 via mobile

My father and I played on a nice day weather wise for Ireland. It's a beautiful Links Course on a ton of land so you rarely see another fairway. Our caddies were very personable and extremely helpful. I'd rank it up there with the best courses in Scotland. The bunkers were deep but with great sand so you could escape without too much damage. The greens were true but not slick. Fun round of golf.

“Best pair of links courses in the World”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 April 2014 via mobile

The Valley links. - Or Rathmore as its known is often forgotten about due to the fame of it's big brother the Dunluce. If you are coming here to play golf you MUST play both. For a fraction of the cost of the Dunluce the Valley is also a brilliant test of golf. Set in a valley below the famous calamity it is a bit more sheltered. The greens are generally smaller yet as good. The bunkers are fewer yet bar a few flat straight holes in the valley itself the rest of the course is as good as the Dunluce with some really great par three holes. A gem.

The Dunluce - Cracking course with no weak holes. All very different with decent fairway landing zones but all have approach shots into greens which need thought and care. The bunkers can be brutal and that is the main difference between this track and the Valley links. Greens also bigger but of similar quality. Must play course. Very memorable but it is expensive.

“One of the best going”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 January 2014

There are many good holes but also a few great ones.

I love Calamity Jane the best. I will die trying to par the finest par 3 in the world.

The views of the Giants Causeway are amazing.

The clubhouse is a bit stuffy for my taste but the history of the Club is special.
