Spent three nights here between Christmas and New Year. The staff could not do enough for us they are an excellent team and really go the extra mile. Check in and welcome were warm and friendly even taking the time to welcome our two small dogs with a doggie treat. Rooms are spacious and very clean with everything you need. In the past I avoided booking this place because of its past reputation but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Looking forward to our next visit.

My mum, sis and I took advantage of an offer published on Facebook.
This place did not disappoint!!

The check in was top class, with 2 friendly receptionists.
(a better check than I've received at 4/5 star hotels).
The lobby is really lovely, warm and welcoming.

We were given a spacious family room with a sea view. The room immaculate, and a great size, with a kingsize and 2 single beds.

The bar wasn't open when we checked in, but the staff were able to get us what we needed.

The beds themselves were really comfortable and of good quality.

Probably one of the highlights would be the breakfast, which was 10/10, from environment to food quality.
The server was excellent, as were all the staff at the Inn.

Highly recommended!!!!

Recently my wife and myself, along with my brother and his wife spent three days at this hotel, our rooms were very spacious, clean and tidy, The location of the hotel is great (just outside of Portrush), therefore very quiet, and a short drive to Portstewart. The breakfast and evening meal was of a high standard, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel at a reasonable price. The manageress , Debbie and all the staff were very professional (it was Debbie's birthday , so we all sang happy birthday, at breakfast time) D.& V Mcc-- Australia

Took advantage of an excellent Saturday night offer having spoken by phone to the incredibly helpful and professional Colleen.
On arrival was welcomed by a smiling Debbie and was delighted to be told that I had been upgraded to The Atlantic Suite - this is a WOW room, spacious in the extreme, tastefully decorated, warm with a great view, and would of course been breathe taking at a different time of the year.Dined in the hotels dining room and congrats to Steven who was under considerable pressure and was ably assisted by receptionist Sam, obviously the TEAM ethos is very much a part of this hotel.Whilst - at present the award of a Michelin Star is unlikely - the food is tasty and adequate. After a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed had breakfast - a wide selection for everything including the "Healthy Option" staff were efficient, cheery and professional .
In conclusion - I understand that this hotel has only been open for 18 months and is, no doubt growing, it is a family run business and the commitment is obvious by all staff.I have no doubt that being a "Dog Friendly" hotel will enhance the clientele both canine and human ! and a very astute business strategy
A sincere thanks to all concerned for making my stay - much to short, a memorable experience

Room Tip: If it is available The Atlantic Suite is a must

We stayed for 3 nights at New Year and had a great time. Hotel staff are very friendly but professional. Hotel is in good location on the coast and rooms are very spacious clean and warm. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. Great value for money too at £59 B&B per night for 2 adults and 1 teenager. One of the best hotels have ever stayed at in the UK. Great that they had some dog friendly rooms to bring our wee dog who was made very welcome. Will certainly be visiting again soon.
