Stayed here for two nights with hubby and two sons. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and they were very good with the kids. Meal in the restaurant was one of the best we have had and very reasonably priced. Breakfast cooked fresh and not sitting about in warming trays. Games room for the kids was also a big hit and they want to know when we can go back again. Location excellent. We will definitely be back.

I've been to Inn on the Coast twice once in May with my husband and while there we realised the hotel was pet friendly and we could have taken our Jack Russell with us!! So upon our return in June we took him with us!!! Please don't let this put you off as room's were spotless as before. The staff are fabulous and very helpful and the place has a home from home atmosphere, brilliant place to travel around the North West or just to chill it's up to you, The hotel is also disabled ♿ friendly as I myself am disabled and had no problems at all, the only thing I didn't like was LEAVING! So why not give it a try yourself you won't be disappointed and if it's your first time it certainly won't be your last. pamela, David+Milo Brown

Had lunch here yesterday (2nd July) and it was very good, no complaints. Service was excellent, very attentive staff, first class. Colleen on reception was lovely. so helpful, as my husband and I would like to celebrate our Silver Wedding there in November. We were shown various rooms for us to choose from and were offered an excellent rate. First class service, well done Colleen. Would recommend you try The Inn on the Coast for yourself.

Room Tip: Request a sea view room.

We picked this place as it was pet friendly and we were really happy with our stay. All the staff were really friendly and very welcoming to us and our two doggies. They have a special dining area that you can eat at with your pet which was a novel idea, and having dined on room service in previous hotels we welcomed the idea. The food was very good for both breakfast and dinner, and great value. We're already planning a return visit. It was ideally situated for visits to Port Stewart, Portrush and The Giants Causeway.

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms at back ideal for pet owners

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel located on top of Portrush near the golf course and facing the sea.

Our room on the ground floor was quite large and clean but unfortunately did not have a view on the sea.

Staff was welcoming and friendly.

The worst part was the restaurant. We had dinner here the day we arrived and were really disappointed, the same went for breakfasts:
- cooked eggs were wrapped in a fat and textureless salmon (probably industrial which is a pity when you are so close to the sea)
- the "freshly baked croissants" looked really not fresh at all
- coffee and hot chocolate were tasteless and probably instants

Stayed in May 2014 to visit giants causeway with two young children. Provided a cot for baby. Hotel was so reasonably priced considering;

Great staff
Great breakfast
Great location and view
Reasonably priced

Would recommend and stay again. The staff really care. There was a great bar area however was very quiet when we were there. Would recommend for couples, singles, families, tourists and business.

We had stayed at the Inn on the Coast a year or so ago and decided to stay there again for 2 nights last week. It was every bit as good as last time. The breakfast has an excellent selection and the staff could not be nicer or more helpful. We ate one night in the restaurant and had an excellent fish pie and steak and ale pie. We continued our trip round the coast to a very plush hotel but it didn't meet the customer satisfaction levels that The Inn on the Coast offers.
My only criticism is that I feel the bedroom we were allocated could do with a décor make over, but I'm willing to sacrifice that for the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.
