Had lunch with my wife and daughter in Lisburn branch and its was poor. Although it was not very busy we had to wait ages to get served. Then my daughters French toast arrived drenched in syrup - far too much. Then 5 minutes later my wifes scone arrived. Just as they were both finished and I got up to ask about my ham sandwhich the chef appeared saying this hasd been lying in the kichen! Sandwhich summed up this place: saounded great and indeed they think they are great but was very poor. Small piece of ham, bland grated cheese - the apple and plumb chutney overwhelmed by a greasey dressing which soaked the bread. Left very dissatisfied. Staff surley and very poor. AVOID.
