Once again I chose to stay st the redbrick country guesthouse. Has it home from home and the lovely Moreen just gets better and better, nothing is to much trouble for Moreen. From the moment you arrive to when you leave it just so peaceful, Moreen gets 10 out if 10 from me.

We were in Ireland for a long weekend and chose Redbrick Country Guesthouse from the web. We're glad we did. The room we had in Grey Gables (just down the lane & part of Moreen's 'empire') was huge and yet cosy warm and very comfortable and the breakfasts were full Ulster fries and set us up well for the days.
Moreen is a great hostess, friendly & full of life and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was memorable.
We will have no hesitation in staying there again on future visits to Ireland.

We had the good fortune to pick the 'Redbrick Guesthouse' for 3 days stay whilst going to the Lurgan Park Rally at the weekend.
The room and facilities were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast the best we have ever had and Moreen a friendly and lovely lady who could not do enough to ensure that you had a comfortable stay.We have stayed in many places over the years and this is by far the best.
Based in the countryside, just a couple of miles outside of Portadown we would recommend this Guesthouse to anyone who wants a 'home from home' base to explore and tour Ulster.
We wanted to stay longer, but we will definitely be returning for a longer stay next time.

My husband and I had the pleasure of Moreen's hospitality for 3 days and we were sorry to leave.
We stayed at the double storey Grey Gables house (which is just down the lane from Redbrick) and couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and inviting 'home away from home'. Moreen is the 'hostess with the mostess' who has a great personality and welcoming disposition - thanks Moreen for a wonderful place to stay and your brekkies were great. We wish you continued success and you deserve the rating you have - plus more !!

One of the best, cleanest and spacious B&B's I've stayed in. Booked for two nights but would of loved more time. The welcome we received by the wonderful host Moreen made us feel right at home with a cup of tea, biscuits and great chat and nothing was too much trouble. Although we did not stay in the main house the second guest house was more than spacious, comfortable and like a home away from home with the freedom and flexability to move around without feeling as though you were imposing on anyone. The breakfast was great with so much food and many choices. The country location was beautiful and peaceful so you could quite happily stay at the house and relax if you didn't feel like doing any touristy thing, but if you did you had two great National Trust locations to visit and only a 5 minute drive to the town of Portadown. I would certainly recommend this place to my friends and family back home in Australia and if I was ever to travel to Ireland again I would stay here.

Room Tip: Could not go wrong with any. Suggest to speak to host to find out what type of room would suit most...
