“FABULOUS HOLIDAY HOME BY THE SEA”

This modern townhouse has plenty of space and amazing views of the sea.
A short walk to the centre and to the beach!

The open plan kitchen living area is ideal for guests to relax in. Bedrooms are spacious and decor is very nice!

Owner has thought of everything, providing some essentials upon arrival, a great guide on the house and everything it has to offer as well as lots of information on local restaurants, even including menus!

Great house, great location, suitable for both families and friends - would definitely book again!

“Absolutely fantastic”
Reviewed 1 February 2017 for a stay in January 2017

The location is amazing - 10 minutes walk to Portstewart and 5 minutes to the beach.
Beautiful sea views. Accommodated 9 easily, one room is a triple so would make a great family room.
The décor was beautiful, including Jacuzzi baths. The owner had thought of everything, there was even milk/cheese/ham/bread left for a snack on arrival.
House has an Aga if you really want to cook. We didn't want to leave.
Lots of thoughtful little touches, such as a selection of restaurant menus, mini toiletries.
All main rooms have audio facilities.
Would definitely stay here again.

“FANTASTIC HOLIDAY HOUSE WITH WONDERFUL SEAVIEWS, PRIME LOCATION!”
Reviewed 11 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Just returned from a wonderful family stay at STRAND LODGE, with 4 kids and grandparents, as house sleeps 9 very comfortably. The house is in a fantastic location with seaviews across the water to Donegal! On entering the house there is a feel of relaxation and calmness with its luxurious interiors/furnishings.
Ground floor has 3 bedrooms, large bathroom and utility room. The middle floor is an amazing open plan kitchen with aga,( which gave the modern house a homely feel) and well equipped, a lounge with balcony where we watched sun go down, separate tv room and toilet.
The top floor is a very large bedroom with balcony and bathroom, like our very own suite with seaviews! which we loved.
Outside is a hot-tub house, which we all enjoyed. Turning left from the house a few minutes walk isPortstewart Strand, where we came across a great restaurant Harrys Shack, were we had gorgeous dinner., golf club restaurant also here, Turning right from the house is a scenic coastal path, 10 minute walk of rugged coastline, where kids were lucky to see sealions, to the town with a variety of shops ,cafes , bars, kids playpark etc.
Strand Lodge really is a gem of a find on the North Coast and we hope to return soon as it feels like home from home and I highly recommend a stay here.

“A fabulous holiday house!”
Reviewed 25 June 2015 for a stay in May 2015

We stayed in this lovely house for a week at the end of May. It is an amazing place with the lounge, dining room and 'film' room on the middle floor plus a small toilet. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms - 2 with sea views - and a huge bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. On the top floor is the beautiful master bedroom - a huge room with lovely sea views, 2 leather loungers looking onto the balcony and another massive bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower.

The house is just lovely and perfect for a self catering holiday. We ate out every night as there are restaurants within walking distance of the house and which are terrific value.

The owner, Connie, had left 2 bottles of wine, fresh bread, butter, cheese, cold meat, milk etc for us on our arrival - it was so kind and very much appreciated!

I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone!!
