This is absolutely, positively, definitely, the best little B&B in Britain, maybe in the world. Perfect location, quiet - yet near the town and 100m to the beach, huge open plan lounge with picture windows, beautifully appointed bedroom with to-die-for view, private parking, excellent host, great breakfast, totally comfortable beds, just everything you'd ever wanted in an overnight stay, done completely right. Luxury, redefined.

Definitely one for your bucket list.

Hopefully, there'll be a chain of them soon :-)

Room Tip: Only two rooms - either is perfect.

We had a fabulous stay here for 3 nights, the views were amazing, the accommodation was outstanding and the breakfast was excellent. The owner Glenda is a very warm friendly lovely lady, would highly recommend a stay here, we can't wait to go back very soon.

Brandnew and stylish accommodation (you won't find that very often in Northern Ireland) with a fantastic sea view, absolutely quiet place. The owner is very helpful and hospitable. Excellent breakfast. Golf courses very close. We will be back soon.

Room Tip: All rooms are excellent.

We stayed for 2 nights and wished it were for more. Glenda is a wonderful lady who welcomed us into her magnificent home and we felt right at home immediately. It is in the most beautiful location, right on the beach & a great walk into Portstewart & even Portrush is just out the back gate. Rooms are huge & the bed is so comfortable, spacious ensuite, great shower, fantastic views, stunning sunsets! Breakfast is great, homemade granola with fabulous fresh fruit and a wonderful cooked breakfast. Could not fault a thing, everything was perfect, thanks Glenda for a memorable stay, and thanks to your Mum for the lovely shortbread. Jill & Greg!

Airy, spacious, luxurious and it's like the sea has been pulled through from outside to in! Stayed here for 2 nights and it was really really lovely. Thought has been put into every aspect of this guest house from the decor to the fabulous breakfasts and home-made cookies that Glenda gave us before we left! It's right on the beach and a lovely 15 minute stroll to the main promenade along the shoreline.

My only huge disappointment is that I live in Cork and it will probably be a long time before I get to visit again!!! Would go a couple of times a year if I could! We were only due to stay 1 night but within a few minutes of checking in we were already reluctant to leave and we were delighted that there was room for us for a second night. If you're looking to explore surrounding areas (including the Giant's Causeway/Rope Bridge), it's a super location!

A huge thank you to Glenda for the hospitality, chats and some exceptional memories. "Memories made at the beach last a lifetime"... :)

My advice for anyone looking at this accommodation: Don't think about it - just book it!!!!!!

We agree with everything the other reviewers have said. Glenda even arranged to have porpoise in the bay for us to watch during our last breakfast - well she does swim with them now and again. Thanks for a great stay Glenda.
