Everything was excellent ecept one thing that i have lost in Aqua Sana website when i was ordering massages for myself and my husband, i was 100% sure that i have ordered full body and facial massage, unfortunatelly we have got only face massages, i understand that i have clicked the wrong button, but it was so dissapointing for both of us, becouse we have expected full body massage! unfortunatelly our good moode was completelly ruined!
We didn't stay any longer even we have booked until 6pm our visit at Aqua Sana.
Thank you for Aqua Parc, lovely forest and our friends who helped us to forget about this accident! Howewer this is our 3hird visit and not the last one, we love this place, the beautifull nature and lovely villas!! Thank you!

This was our first visit to Center Parcs and so we didn't know what to expect. The accommodation was excellent and all the services, like bike hire and activities, were well run and of very good quality. We loved the Subtropical Paradise - the outside area is awesome. The Tree Trekking was an amazing experience and the staff were fab.

First time visit to Center Parcs Longleat, and we've already booked to go again... the Parc is clean, safe and family friendly. We have a small baby, and there are cot and highchairs in all accommodation, plus very easy access for prams everywhere you go. 'Baby Stations' with bottle warmers and microwaves are a nice touch!

The Spa is definitely worth a visit to relax, and the Timeout Clubhouse will look after baby while you do.

My only note would be to add that in a few places you will want to leave your pram in the buggy park, which is great. I'm sure it is very safe, but if you have a very expensive pram then you may want to bring a cheap stroller instead, or a sling for baby. Pathways are great for prams.

Unrivaled customer service - I have never known such fantastic customer services. Excellent accomodation, restuarants wonderful and well priced. Children very well catered for - highlights - magic at the pancake house and pottery painting - we go every year and have never been let down.

For a Family of 10...Were Busy..and need breaks..Nearly every weekend aha.But we go every 4 months which is nice! At Longleat this is our 3rd time...was impressed the first time...it's getting better...but those hills are a killer for a woman whoose had 8kids...pushchair..toddlers on our backs and then sometimes bike's with trailer!..don't know how the youngers with shorter legs can hack it?
Villa-
Executive Lodge 4 bedroom
Was Pricey..but up to our standad's defo value for money..£3,198.00..But for a family of 10 we thought it was cheap? Were Not regulars of an executive..but thought we'd give it a try and they were lovely! We usally stay in a woodland lodge because there well mondernised...A comfort if absolutly lovely but we just like to top up to a modern one sometimes! we stayed in..955,Maple. Lovely...Near to center..but about 20mins walk..lovely to have refreshing air.The villa itself was very clean..tidy when we came, smelt lovely..although that's not a common thing! It had a lovely dining table..and the games den was fab! had all the boys kept quite! The kitchen was white gloss...not good for my litlle girls..chocolaty hands! The living room was fab...lovely warm&cosy feel..i could chillax while hubby was in his den..and kids in bed and i laid on the sofa watcing tv with some treats! every night <----lovely to have some time out?

Day to Day life for a week-
Well When the kiddies got up we'd have breakfast around 9am ish' and then would just chill while everybody got showerd, dressed did their hair and had breakfast.and then we would have a walk around the center village,And we'd go to the plaza and play some games and the youngest's would go to the time out club for a few hours..so it's now around..12:30..we'd either have lunch out or..take something home from the parc market to the villa While the kid's did anything..watching movies or games den or whatever..i'd be looking after the yougers and cleaning tidying the villa! This now about 2:30 and we'd go to suptropical swimming paradise and have a snack there we'd be there for atleast 3hours and then we'd come out 5' and we'd go to the vilaa..hungry or not!..we'd then just be a family in the villaa and try not let the kids eat anything as we'd go out for tea and we needed value for money! by then we'd take anight walk around one last time until days fall is over and then we'd get bacto to the lodge tired out!

Swimming..activities..what did we try?
we loved swimming maybe 3hours a day..lovely and clean..fun for all the family..lovely kids pool and we all loved the rapids shame i didnt get to go on then alot to busy looking after the youger ones! the changing facitties where Very warm and clean, but during from 12:00 to about 3:00 it was very busy! we couldnt go at early morning as all the kids wouldnt be ready! and late night wouldnt go too well kiddies need sleep after a busy day we need our tea too! so we had no option but to go at mid day time!
hubbby and kids tried tree trekking...apparenty amazing,,,again didnt go on because i was with the yougers! they also tried...water walking...cable sking pedealo's and kanoeing..girl's did some water sports..we couldnt resist and not do crazy golf?

Was a fab Holiday...and overall value for money and precious family time is what cared the most! :') going back in June again for another summer break! Kids cain't wait...wanting to know about how we pay with such big family? hehe....We both work full time......home buisness..we put aside about £55 every 2 weeks and my mum paid £345! along with hubby's dad&mum chipped in and gave us £1000! lucky ones we are!

14 of us went to Center Parcs Longleat, ages ranging from 70 to 19months. Had a fantastic time, with plenty to do for all ages. Kids and adults alike loved the rapids. Can't wait to go again and would recommend this place to anyone. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.

2 storey exec lodge, you get what you pay for, nice spacious accom with everything a family needs, extras like sauna and maid service a bonus. loved all the facilities but some areas let it down (water quality in pool not great) restaurants are reasonable but get very busy, sports and activities can get pricey so plan your break to get the most for your money. nice environment and friendly staff. my favourite is pancake house and aqua sana.
