“A super cottage with every facility, to ensure a relaxing stay, in a charming village.”
Reviewed 9 May 2017 for a stay in May 2017

A lovely comfortable cottage in an excellent location for either country walks or sightseeing. The village pub/restaurant is only two minutes walk away and the well stocked village shop is only a 5 minute stroll. The garden gets the sun most of the day so a drink on the patio is very relaxing. We already knew some of the area around Bradford on Avon, but there is plenty more to explore and the owners have left lots of information and recommendations to give you ideas. We had some lovely meals out, but a little tip - many of the village pubs don't serve evening meals on Sunday, because of Sunday lunch so try Bradford on Avon. Ideally suited for two couples. We will definitely return.

Thank you for the kind review and we are so glad you enjoyed the cottage and the locality. Yes the shower is small (although a good shower) and so we are having a new bathroom built that will provide a bath and second shower; this will be completed in mid-May. The second car goes by the fence, thanks for pointing the issue out and we will clarify this in the guest publicity. We haven't come across a problem with the bed, but if it is raised again will replace it - we look forward to your next visit.

“Lovely house, perfect pet friendly area”
Reviewed 6 April 2017 for a stay in March 2017

The house was lovely and it was so nice to have such a nice property that was pet friendly. Having good walks on the door step makes taking a dog on holiday so much easier, and there are plenty in the area of Westwood.

Local shop very handy for all those last minute items.

The owners have quite clearly put a lot of effort into making this house welcoming.

We are pleased to hear the cottage is so convenient for pet, as well as people! The local shop is a gem (we love the home baked bread from there) and a good walk with the dog in the morning.

“Outstanding Property in Lovely Village”
Reviewed 16 March 2017 for a stay in March 2017

The owners have clearly put in a lot of work to achieve the stylish and comfortable feel of a home away from home. We were so impressed we held a dinner party, threw everything in the dishwasher and chilled with a movie. Westwood is a great base with two pubs and a 12 hour community store 5 minutes walk away. We will be back in the summer to BBQ in the garden.
