Great cabin/room. Situated just outside the beautiful town of Bradford upon Avon.
Lovely location and facilities, quite and peaceful setting. We would certainly revisit. Travelled with my wife and adult daughter from the USA.

Had a wonderful couple of nights staying in the Farmhouse Room with our 2 young children. Pauline is a fantastic hostess and our children felt quite at home! Beautiful house and gardens, with a delicious breakfast every morning. Bradford-on-Avon is a lovely town and we would have liked more time to explore further. We will be back! Highly recommended.

Just got back from my stag do this weekend staying at the Beeches Farmhouse and it was exactly what we were looking for. It was a party of 12 so 10 of us stayed in Cow Byre 1 and 2 and we also had one of the twin room cottages. The accommodation was great - comfortable and found it easy to cook for a large group. There is a separate games room with table tennis, free pool, dart board, and plenty of sofas in - perfect for our group. There were other guests on site so we were respectful of this. I would highly recommend this to other (respectful) stag weekends, but also for couples, groups of friends, families, anyone! Great stay!

Lovely B & B room with separate garden with seating and entrance. Lots of friendly touches with flowers, variety of beverages and local confectionery treats. Superb breakfasts and friendly, welcoming hostess. Really enjoyed our stay which was so convenient for all the places we wished to visit i.e. Bradford on Avon, Bristol and Bath - Tyntesfield and Stourhead too! Look forward to a return visit.

We are two (kinda) senior couples from the states, who booked these rooms sight unseen, for 3 nights. What a delightful stay it was! beautiful grounds, Sparkling clean rooms, wonderful decor, terrific, strong shower, comfortable beds. We visited with the chickens, Jasper the goat, watched the ducks. Incredibly beautiful flowers, great place for walks, close to town with very friendly pubs.

Then there is the one that makes it all happen, Pauline! No matter what you need she finds a way, She serves a complete breakfast in light, airy glassed in porch, that will tickle your senses, good smells, gorgeous table settings, and wonderfully tasty. She is classy, witty, and truly understands what makes her guests happy to be there.

We would return to England just to visit here again!

A warm welcome, comfortable room with nice touches - such as fresh fruit, vanilla fudge and a chocolate - topped off by a first class breakfast in the conservatory overlooking a delightful garden. This is relaxing accommodation, excellent value and within a short drive of good pub food.
