I booked this nice Farmhouse for a Weekend Family visit to Bradford Upon Avon having previously discussed rates and availability with the Owner "Nigel" When I came to the arrival I discovered i had not had a Reservation and only to find I had been Booked in to the sister hotel "The Wyndham in Gloucestershire. It appears that when I telephoned I had a cross line and did not realize that this not Nigel making taking the Reservation and Credit Card details.

I was still double charged by "Both" Hotels for not turning up at the Wyndham Hotel.

This is not very customer friendly and very disappointed to pay TWICE !

We arrived on Friday evening with a lovely welcome from Pauline, the owner of the Beeches. She was very helpful and charming. The Farmhouse room was lovely. Fruit, water , tea and coffee were available . The breakfast was really good. The produce was local and such a wide choice of bread.jam etc. The cooked breakfast was great. All served by Pauline. Nothing was too much trouble. She really wanted us to have a great weekend in Bradford upon Avon. And we did!! We will certainly be back to explore this beautiful part of the country and to stay at the Beeches again.

This was a last minute booking and worked out perfectly for us (family of 4 with an 11 and 8 year old). We stayed in the Milking Shed and it was wonderful that the girls were able to look around and explore, play table tennis and badminton and in this digital age the free wifi was welcome too. Our first surprise was that we could eat the fruit and treats that were there on our arrival (and replenished) and drink the bottled water at no charge!

As we didn't have a car we walked into Bradford-on-Avon numerous times and really enjoyed the walk, a 25 minute meander into a bit of a secret town bearing in mind most in the area head to Bath. Pauline is an excellent host and as we now live in the States starting our day with a full English Breakfast after cereal, toast and yoghurt set us up perfectly until dinner.

The Smy's.

Room Tip: Call and ask Nigel or Pauline what would be best for you although I expect all room are quiet as we...

We had a fantastic time helped along by sunny warm days. The B&B was located just outside Bradford on Avon with nice cottage style rooms in quite grounds. Our room was well appointed and had tea and coffee together with treats and a bowl of fruit. The breakfast was first class. Nothing was to much trouble for our host. I would certainly stay here again.

This was our second visit, as we greatly enjoyed the first one. Accommodation was even better than before and I would not have thought that possible. Very comfortable, clean, country decor with flowers and a bowl of fruit which was needed when we arrived. Pauline.our hostess, was very welcoming and friendly. There was no trouble parking and using my wheelchair. We didn't use the games room but it looked interesting. Wonderful, peaceful and beautiful place and area. We will be back!!

Great cabin/room. Situated just outside the beautiful town of Bradford upon Avon.
Lovely location and facilities, quite and peaceful setting. We would certainly revisit. Travelled with my wife and adult daughter from the USA.

Had a wonderful couple of nights staying in the Farmhouse Room with our 2 young children. Pauline is a fantastic hostess and our children felt quite at home! Beautiful house and gardens, with a delicious breakfast every morning. Bradford-on-Avon is a lovely town and we would have liked more time to explore further. We will be back! Highly recommended.
