My husband, myself and my nephew went for to Cinnamon a lunchtime meal recently. We had not pre-booked but this was not a problem as we were warmly welcomed and shown to a table inside (seating outside for better weather).
The food was excellent, presented beautifully and of a very high standard. I had Duck Confit served with saute potatoes and red cabbage. My nephew had the crab pate which was served with warm toast and salad. My husand opted for the Goats Cheese tartlet with salad. All were excellent. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, which does make a difference. I declined a pudding but my fellow diners opted for desserts and these again were similar to what you would expect in a very top restaurant apart from the very reasonable price (£4.50 each). I decided on a coffee instead of a dessert and this came at a very reasonable price of £1.00. The restaurant was quite busy but the service was excellent. We will be returning for an evening meal sometime in the future. Highly recommendeed.
