Myself and my boyfriend visited here as we stumbled across it when visiting Bakewell. The decor is lovely and modern. The food was impressive. We have been to Italy and it was just like being back there when we ate at Juniper! The bread and oils starter was lovely, a perfect starter before pizza! The pizza is cooked in a traditional pizza oven, which you can see if you sit at the back part of the restaurant, a nice touch. The dough balls are the best that I have ever eaten, and the food tasted so fresh. It was busy, as it was a Saturday night, but we felt the staff handled the pressure well and we weren't left waiting at any point of the evening. There's a large selection of gin, perfect if you love a G&T! Overall a lovely evening, and would 100% visit again if we go back to the area!
