Lovely spacious cottage beautifully maintained throughout. Lovely peaceful setting by the river with well maintained grounds. Easy access off the A38 and good location for visiting some nice places around Cornwall. We'd definitely recommend this for singles, couples and families.

“good location for travelling around Cornwall , peaceful and perfect for our break”
Reviewed 19 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Friendly helpful staff , well maintained gardens and cottages , would recommend this location all day long.
perfect for a walk to the pub but located in a nice quiet valley , the main road is very close but we had the windows and patio doors open every time we were in the cottage and it didn't cause us any issues .
there are supermarkets within a short drive and the inclusion of the spa facility is a big bonus where again the staff were so helpful , its only a short drive and well worth a visit
we went out to a different beach every day and had a fantastic holiday down in Cornwall , we will be back

“Idyllic setting, looks very English”

We stayed four nights and were generally very happy with the accommodations. After two months in sunny Italy, I just couldn't get used to the cool weather. We visited the aquarium and waterfront in Plymouth and the Eden Project. If we had a more calm start, our stay might have been more eventful.

“Excellent accommodation ”

We stayed for a week in a 4 bed cottage, which was plenty spacious enough for 4 adults and 3 children. The cottage was well maintained, clean and practical for a holiday let.

The setting was lovely, quiet and pretty, despite being very close to the A38 which makes it convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are games and books to borrow, there is a playground for toddlers and another for older children. The place is well thought out and there is a lot of local information on offer.

Could not find fault at all - highly recommended.

“Wonderful weekend”

My family and I spent a long weekend at Crylla in a 4 bed cottage and we were not disappointed.

From booking, to the end of our stay, I cannot fault a thing.

Woodland cottage was kitted out with everything you could think of (and things we didn't!).

The accomodation was spacious (4 bed, 3 bathrooms) and was spotlessly clean.

Coffee, tea, biscuits and milk were left for our arrival along with information regarding the cottage and local vicinity.

The gardens and public areas are well kept too.

The Notter Bridge Inn, 5 minutes from Crylla by foot is well worth a visit as the food was good, the welcome warm and not overly expensive.

I hope to be able to visit again.

“Fabulous!”
Reviewed 27 March 2017 for a stay in March 2017

We Came down from Edinburgh to celebrate our son passing out from HMS Raleigh. Not knowing the Area, I phoned the complex, and they couldn't have been more helpful and reassuring. We Stayed in the 4 bedroom cottage as there was 7 of us. It felt very spacious, and very well laid out. We loved the open plan layout downstairs, it was very sociable.

The gardens are beautiful and the grounds are so well kept. Unfortunately it wasn't warm enough to sit out, but felt our outdoor furniture would benefit from being renewed.

The staff on reception couldn't have been more helpful. They gave us recommendations of places to visit and eat. We used our china fleet passes, and enjoyed a relaxing spa afternoon.

So thankful, that out of all the places I looked at, I chose here. We had such a special weekend, and although it's unlikely we will be in this area again, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here.

“Could not have received a better service - 5 STARS!”
Reviewed 14 December 2016 for a stay in December 2016

Stayed in a four bedroom cottage, (upgraded for free from a 3 bedroom) for a family celebration. Very modern, clean & warm. Excellent facilities (3 bathrooms) with all mod cons included. We even had tea, coffee & a carton of fresh milk in the fridge ready on arrival. Did not use the China Fleet Club, but have been there in the past & their facilities are excellent. Ideal location for visiting Devon & Cornwall & we will be staying here again when we visit in the future. Also, these cottages are an ideal base if visiting the Eden Project.
Staff were friendly & helpful at all times.
Would recommend to anyone.
A quiet hidden away little gem.
