“Lovely apartment in renovated stone building”
Reviewed 30 April 2018 for a stay in April 2018

This is one of two apartments in a renovated stone building in the centre of town. We were on the ground floor, though the apartment was split level. There was the lounge/dining room, two small bedrooms and a entry hall on the same level as the door and then there were a few steps up to the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was large, firm and very comfortable. The lounge room was a little tight as a thoroughfare to the kitchen but the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, stovetop/oven, microwave and small fridge (but no freezer). The bathroom had a shower over the bath but with slight bulge at the shower end which made using the shower nice and roomy. Breakfast provisions including milk, juice, muesli, bread, jam, honey and eggs were provided. We had a very comfortable three night stay here

“Even better than before”
Reviewed 7 January 2018 for a stay in December 2017

This is our third time staying with Karen, and everything is always lovely. The new furniture layout in the Mews apartment is much better than before, and the homemade bread and local eggs were a special touch. Many thanks as always, and hope to see you again next year.

“Great family-friendly apartment with all the shops less than 5 min. away”
Reviewed 10 September 2017 for a stay in August 2017

This lovely apartment with a feel of its own was the perfect base for our family holiday - less than 5 min. walk away from the shops. Great kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, really good beds. Though it faces a busy street, the excellent windows make the traffic noise barely noticeable. The private court yard, with its lovely flowers (and parking space) was a real bonus. Speaking as a Dutchwoman,it could be ideal for cyclists. We'll visit again!

“Convenient property”
Reviewed 4 September 2017 for a stay in August 2017

Just had a weeks stay for daughters wedding reception. Very handy for all shops .. including supermarkets. Comfortable accommodation .. all amenities.. nice welcome pack much appreciated. Wish it was a bit bigger but we didn't spend much time there during the day so it wasn't a problem. Well looked after by Karen, obvious that she loves the property.

“Convenient and charming”
Reviewed 31 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

A lovely place to stay, just a few steps from the town centre and cathedral. The arrangement is a little odd, with the bed in the middle of the main living room, but all the necessities are there. Would defiinitely return.
