“Unbeatable views!”
Reviewed 29 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

Lovely caravan with unbeatable views. We had a fab week here with our young baby. Great places to visit nearby and a little further afield too. We enjoyed culzean castle ( and went twice) and managed a trip down to the mull of Galloway lighthouse which was great.
The caravan has great living space and the large enclosed decking area was great to sit out on in the evenings with a drink or dinner.
As others have said the caravan is on a main road but the road noise is fairly constant and quickly got used to it so not a problem at all.
Donald could not have been more helpful and replied very quickly to sort a couple of queries that we had. We enjoyed his food recommendation of the Souter inn too.

Thanks for your review. Delighted you enjoyed Roquebrune. We went to Culzean Castle with friends last week and were thrilled with the fantastic play area for kids (and adults). I highly recommend this for guests. ps: access to Culzean gardens from Maidens is allowed and free if you are happy to walk.

“Fantastic holiday”
Reviewed 2 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Stayed here for four nights and had a fantastic time. The caravan was spotless and had everything you need and the views from the window right over to Ailsa Craig were stunning. The decking was ideal for sunbathing and eating outside as well as a large garden area where you could park your car. There was also a lovely beach right across the road where we watched seals on the rocks most nights.Great location. Will definitely book again!

“Fantastic!!!”
Reviewed 20 April 2016 for a stay in September 2015

Came here for 4 days in September with 3 children under the age of 5 and had a brilliant time. Caravan is right on the beach but also has a large decking area and fenced off garden, ideal for kids to run about. Caravan was very clean and had everything required for a nice stay. Loved the extras like all the board games and netflix. Hoping to stay again this year. The owner Donald is great and couldnt have been any more helpful.

“Great position.”
Reviewed 15 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

The caravan is perfectly positioned, fantastic view across to the Isle Of Arran, and the ailsa and Craig. It is a bit noisy due proximity of the A75.The caravan could do with updating.i.e.Double glazing and insulation. It is an ideal place for visiting the many splendid attractions nearby.Donald the owner,is a very charming and helpful host, nothing to much for him.The caravan was spotless, with all the amenities you would expect. We will holiday here again, the place just draws you back.

“Fabulous relaxation and seclusion”
Reviewed 17 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

We had a wonderful time staying in the caravan for the first week of August, the weather was mostly kind to us and the location was ideal as we were looking for a complete break away from all the hustle and bustle of every day life. The owner - Donald was so helpful and came to ensure that we had settled in alright.
The only slight downside was that it had been raining so heavily that the grass around the caravan was extremely marshy and could not be used for playing games on and I think the heavy rain also had an impact on drainage from the caravan.
That said, our time there was fantastic and we will be booking up to come back next year.
