The snug room with its balcony overlooking the valley and hills beyond was excellent for our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Our hosts were very friendly and cooked a very good breakfast. Good value.

Stayed in the Snug room which was ideal for our overnight break in Lyme Regis
as easy to reach the coast from Netherleigh. The room was clean and equipped with everything you could need for a short stay. Breakfast (vegetarian option) was also excellent with lovely hosts. The room has its own deck overlooking the peaceful and picturesque Axe valley, looking forward to staying again.

This B&B is comfortable with thoughtful touches like real milk in a mini-fridge for tea/coffee making. Sue & John are very welcoming while not being overwhelming & serve an excellent breakfast. Their B&B is certainly tucked away but well worth finding - we intend to visit again

Spent three nights in the self contained studio, which is well equipped with everything you could need. Hosts were welcoming and breakfasts were perfect with both cooked and cereals readily available. Quiet location with lovely views over the valley and great location for travelling the Jurassic coast!

Room Tip: The studio is an excellent place to retreat

Stayed in the snug room. Comfortable and clean. Nice pillows. Weather was great and we loved sitting outside on the little terrace as the sun went down. Breakfast was hearty and delicious.
Only disappointment was when we tried to go to the local pub which looked great. It was a Monday night and they weren't serving any more food because of the quiz. That left us a bit stuck because we had to get a taxi into Lyme Regis which we didn't really want to do.
Otherwise though would definitely recommend it to friends and the view across the valley was stunning.
Top tip - Terry of Terry's taxi was a fantastic help giving us a tour of the restaurant options.
