This is the first time I have stayed here and I stayed in a self contained cabin for one night and the beautiful Bali 2 story Villa for the second night.. The self contained cabin was excellent value for money and the Bali Villa was simply gorgeous and also excellent value, only $30 more than the cabin..
The only draw back about the villa was that the bathroom was down stairs with the kitchen, dining/ TV room and not in the double bedroom on the top floor which meant having to navigate the spiral stairs if you wanted to go to the toilet in the middle of the night....
There were two massive TV,s, one upstairs and one down stairs, as well as upper and lower balconies and a carport.
Well worth the stay...!

Room Tip: There is another low-set Bali Villa next to this one, which takes 4 people and is an open planned vi...

Great location, handy to shops and walks. Stayed in a cabin which are very close (30m) to the road which make them noisy at night. Lots of dogs which weren't a problem, but had a neighbour who kept their large dog in the cabin overnight. That needs policing. All the caravan sites that I saw had no drainage for waste water, so it just pooled on the ground. Not very nice. As we also travel in a small motorhome at times, noticed the site seemed very crammed.
Wouldn't recommend unless pressed for somewhere to stay. The cabins were adequate, but wouldn't recommend if holidaying with children. There were 4 cabins but only one with a queen bed so we were told. Luckily we had the queen. Best thing going for here is the location, but most of Airlie is close to sights and shops.

Room Tip: If in a cabin, make sure the windows are shut at night, as the traffic goes all but a few hours each...

We have stayed at this park for the last three years and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The owners are very friendly and will help you enjoy your stay. The amenities are excellent quite new and very clean, also they have a sausage sizzle and entertainment of a Thursday night! the park is also pet friendly, I thoroughly recommend this park and will certainly be staying here again when we come to Airlie again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this park and its a pity the amenities block at our end of the park was below standard and too small.Staff were more than friendly and helped to make our stay as easy as possible. It was unfortunate we were placed in site 89 and when we wanted to depart early found it was impossible to get the van out without waking up people to move vehicles from their designated parking spot through no fault of their own.We understand making money is on every ones agenda but jaming as many people in a small space in not our ideal

We have recently stayed four nights at the Seabreeze Caravan Park, Cannonvale. Queensland and found the staff very helpful and obliging, facilities very clean and the position is absolutely perfect. Sited just across the road from a very nice coastal walkway, it is a short (2.5 kilometre) walk in to Airlie Beach and other shops are located very close to purchase groceries etc. There are numerous eateries within walking distance and these are all reasonably priced. We will certainly be returning to this park as soon as we are able and would thoroughly recommend it.

Room Tip: I did not see the serviced accommodation as we had our own caravan.
