Found this property by chance as it was close to where we needed to be for the weekend and had a very pleasant surprise. We had a huge en-suite bedroom, flowers and chocolates on the table, all the tea and coffee making supplies you could want, a small table and armchairs with TV and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a guest house. Breakfast was an excellent choice of fruit, yogurt, cereals and toast with a full cooked option as well. And the view from the picture windows looking out over the valley is something else with the red kites swooping right overhead. The village pub a mile down the road does basic pub grub, but there are other good places further afield, one being the Druid Inn on the road to Aberystwyth where I had a very nice bottle of cider.
