Arriving at O'Shea's charming B and B, we were refreshed by Therese's fresh homemade scones and a pot of Irish tea, in her spotless and lovely lounge. We were shown our tidy and well appointed room, with large modern bath, fluffy towels and comfy double bed. After shopping and dining in nearby Kenmare, we enjoyed the quiet setting of this highly recommended home, and the scrumptious breakfast feast was without compare. Our stay became a lovely memory of Irish charm.

Room Tip: No nighttime traffic, all rooms quiet and cozy.

This was our third stay at OShea's B and B in Kenmare. Therese (owner of the B and B) graciously opens her home to heart to all visitors of the Bed and Breakfast. The location of O'Sheas Bed and Breakfast is wonderful; as you have a short drive into Kenmare, Killarney National Park and Sneem. Perfect location for all you want to do around the Ring of Kerry. The breakfast Therese made every morning was wonderful and she truly begins your day with a smile. We enjoyed this Bed and Breakfast and the hospiltality throughout our stay at this Bed and Breakfast. Therese and John thanks for the fabulous stay and the memories we shared.

My daughter and I stayed for one night at this B&B. We were very impressed with Therese's hospitality! She served an excellent breakfast, was friendly and helpful. The room was quaint, quiet, and comfortable. We would recommend this B&B and would stay here again.

My family and I stayed at O'Shea's B and B and loved it. The Owner, Therese served us tea and cookies upon arrival. When booking, I did think it would be a little closer to town than it was. However, no worries, Therese was kind enough to drive us to town so we wouldn’t have to drive again after our long drive there. She also volunteered to pick us up after dinner. We had a lovely meal at the restaurant down the street. We were a bit tired after the day of travels so we decided to call a cab to drive us back. The Taxi service didn’t answer so the bartender/waiter from the restaurant said he would drive us. Needless to say I was shocked. Such nice folks in Kenmare. Now back to the B and B. Our beds were very comfortable. We had to have 2 rooms because there were 4 of us. When we got there Therese gave us our choice of rooms. I don’t think could have gone wrong, all the rooms were very nice and very clean. What I appreciated as well were the large en suite bathrooms. I would very much recommend O'Sheas Ceol Na Habhann bed and breakfast. If given the opportunity, I would stay there again.

Had only one night with Therese on her b and b farm, just outside Kenmare. Therese was very welcoming and we felt relaxed by her warm and friendly nature. The room was a good size - as we have two large suitcases. A nice quiet location ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast, in her cottage dining room, was fabulous. All her pieces of furniture, nick nacks and delightful little touches of personal items made it a very warm and enticing place to have breakfast. The breakfast was fabulous, especially the warm home made scones! All in all, a great little b and b that I would recommend to travellers.

This little 5 room B&B was just wonderful. Therese was a fantastic host! We had such a great experience we had to stay another day. The breakfast was wonderful... fresh scones, brown bread, fruit, and juice along with a full irish or crepes. This is NOT a big-box B&B... this is their lovely home that they open up to you and you'll love it. Even now, I'm sitting writing this review from the leather armchair in their cosy lounge. The location is fantastic... just outside of town and a great jumping off point for the Ring of Kerry! Come and stay... you'll love it.

Therese and John O'Shea run a top-notch Bed and Breakfast. Breakfast is served at your convience from a big Irish Breakfast to the simpliest of cereals are avialable. Therese was able to share her expertise of what was worth a visit to see and explore and where you got the most bang for your euro. She offered fabulous choices in Kenmare restaurants. Daily she offered directions around the Ring of Kerry and gave us a few back roads to travel, which the view alone was worth seeing. The room was clean and offered a bathroom, hair drier and tea or coffee. The room also had a small television, which we never used, since we were out sight seeing. The lounge area offered a large picture window, to view the mountains, a television and comfortable furniture to relax in.

I would recommend this B and B to anyone traveling into Kenmare, Ireland. It is a quiet place to stay just right outside of town.
