Description: Our Pancake Cottage is beautifully located up in the mountains on the Moll's Gap to Sneem road, between the Ballaghbeama Gap and the Gap of Dunloe. When travelling from Killarney town, take the road through the Killarney National park and at Moll's Gap you take the road to Sneem (R568). We have a good selection of sweet and savory pancakes, homemade soup, apple-pie and scones. A little playground and a lovely gift/craft-shop.

“Different and Very tasty”
Reviewed 26 October 2013

Reading others' reviews, we also found it a difficult place to locate, and fortunately were able to catch it just before it closed. The three of us had a delicious meal, visited the quirky loo (mentioned by another reviewer). Really recommend making the effort to try this place.

“Loved it”
Reviewed 15 October 2013

A quirky place - the very kind I like. Delicious pancakes (I much prefer the word 'crepe') - mine was walnut and banana, covered in syrup. Excellent coffee. Highly recommended.

“I flipped over this pancake cottage.”
Reviewed 1 October 2013

It may have taken us an hour to find it, but that's all part of the Ireland driving experience. There was nothing not to love about this place. Cozy and charming, quiet and comfortable and quirky right down to the ladies room (you'll see). The pancakes were more crepe-y than cake like and completely delicious. Tons of topping combinations. Try the hot chocolate with the ginger syrup on a rainy day, if you could be so lucky.

“Lovely charming Strawberry love!!”
Reviewed 29 September 2013

First meal on first day of our first trip to Ireland and what a lovely gem of a place to find! Fantastic views and lovely colourful, arty decor with strawberry theme. Pancakes, pizzas and coffee delicious, very friendly owners. Also arts and crafts for sale (nice ones). Such a charming spot on the Molls Gap road (Ring of Kerry) - definitely worth a visit.

“Good pancakes in a cute setting”
Reviewed 20 September 2013

Enjoyed my visit to the pancake cottage a lot. The choice was great and both I and my friend had the sweet pancakes. The quality was good but not the best I've ever eaten. The setting is great though in a pretty cottage off the beaten track. A nice place to visit if you are nearby anyway but I wouldn't travel out of my way to go there.
