Best bed and breakfast we stayed at during our week in Ireland. Staff are extra friendly. Food is excellent as evidenced by locals filling the restaurant at lunch. Good value. We loved it.

This B&B was superb
Fantastic hosts - made us feel very welcome and on arrival said that they served the breakfasts all day - which made the holiday !
As we were enjoying the great night life in Kenmare - we had lazy mornings and good lie ins - when many of our friends where having to get up at 9am for last orders of breakfast in their B&Bs !!!
The Irish breakfast was delicious / the continental / the best I have ever had / amazing home made pain au chocolat and delicious cinnamon twists / Great bread and superb coffee
This could not have been improved on !
The Decor was simple and a little dated but ...
The beds were clean and comfy - great shower pressure - hair driers proved on request / everything catered for / kettle and china mugs in room / ice provided -

Our stay at "The Rose Garden" made our holiday / couldn't have believed that this standard of food and service was possible to find in a B&B / and never had bread and patisserie as good in Ireland - 5 stars !!!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We were shown to our room immediately without any fuss. All the pertinent details including the wi fi password were clearly displayed on the wall. Flat screen TV, clean, comfortable beds, and a night door. There is a shortcut if travelling by foot by the Kenmare Bay Hotel, making it about a 5-7 minute walk into town. Very reasonably priced, excellent breakfasts served whenever you like as it's also a cafe and a warm welcome. Would stay again if ever back in southern Ireland.

We were doing self catering just outside Kenmare. Decided to go into Kenmare for a full Irish.
The rose garden cafe was just prior with ample parking so we pulled in.
What greeted us was a table full of fantastic cakes, pastries and tarts. All for sale and made on site by the French owner and chef.
Full Irish for four was ordered and back came a plate loaded with sausages and bacon, black AND white pudding, mushrooms, beans, fried egg, tomato, hash brown, all cooked to perfection. Plus a collection of mixed toast with tea or coffee. I'm a big bloke, but I was struggling to eat it all. I will return before leaving this area. Excellent value for the money.
On the way out we had to buy one of his apple tarts.....yum yum

On this occaision we bought a wonderful tart au tatin to take away, and it was amazing.
