“A delicious change of pace in Dingle”
Reviewed 1 June 2014

When we visited Skellig Michael the day before we ran into a guide (Catherine) on the top of the mountain who recommended Cul Gairdin as a great place for fresh, delicious food in Dingle. After a week in Ireland eating a bit on the heavier side, lunch the next day at Cul Gairdin was just what we needed.

My wife had a made-to-order crepe which she loved, and I had the special salad which was enormous, delicious and almost impossibly cheap given how big, fresh and amazing it was. Tremendous service - friendly and responsive - sealed the deal. We will definitely return the next time we're in Dingle.

“D for Dingle and D for Discovery”
Reviewed 27 May 2014

Kerry is not the most obvious place for Vegetarian Food, but if you discover a truly good restaurant serving more than just vegetables, then you know, these people know what they do. At the Cul Gairdin Wholefood Cafe they really know, what they are doing. Freshly made dishes that surprise your senses. Try the stir fried vegetables with with gluten-free noodles. Or the daily special. Or? Discover something new, every time your there. And when the weather is bright enjoy your meal in the secret garden, peaceful and away from the hectic Dingle town roads.

“A big cheer for their array of salads”
Reviewed 14 September 2013

What a delight to have such a choice of salads. A very welcome break after the Blasket Islands. This little cafe is easy to miss as the entrance is small and a passer-by might not think there was a delightful garden at the back.
Once through the passageway the cafe opens up with a brilliantly inventive range of salads. Like another reviewer I was glad to have the choice of so many.
They work hard to give a wonderful choice, so many combinations of veg and seeds, fruits etc it is hard to list them all.
This is in a side road off from the main street in Dingle but do make an effort to find it.
Lovley local produce as well.
