“Surprisingly good food”
Reviewed 30 October 2013

If you are looking for a classis Irish pub with hearty and well-prepared food, good selection of ales, this is a good choice in Dingle. Right near the harbor, it is easy to find. On some nights there is live music as well.

“On The Harbor In Dingle”
Reviewed 25 October 2013

My husband and I and two friends eat and stayed a night at Murphy's Pub and B&B. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was abundant, I had the corned beef and cabbage, and it was very good. The rooms were pleasant and the breakfast was again very generous.
The location made it a great place to explore the town. The on site parking was also a plus.
The WIFI was quite weak in our room which was to the rear of the building, but aside from that a great place to stay and eat and have a pint or two.

A small portion of the Bacon and cabbage is HUGE! and delicious. Hubby loved his meal as well. We will be back.

“Good for a meal and a pint”

Ate here for dinner. Got a nice tosty with soup and chips for a steal of a deal. Add a nice pint and you have a very reasonable meal. Friendly.

“Great stay at Murphy's Pub!”
Reviewed 19 October 2013

My mother and I stayed here for three nights in October 2013, and were pleased with our choice. The b&b rooms are above the pub, located right by the harbour and close to the shops and other restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with breakfast served just down the hall -- a nice variety of choices for breakfast, and each one I tried was delicious. The pub downstairs offered a good selection of meals, with a different special each night, and warm and friendly service. We went down one night for the music and were somewhat disappointed, but that was partly because the crowd was almost entirely American, requesting only the very familiar Irish sing-song music and country music. That was the only shortcoming in our stay, though, and everything else was great. The b&b aspect of the business was excellent, and the location is perfect for exploring the Dingle Peninsula. Most important, each and every person associated with the business was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I'd be happy to stay here again.
