This was our third visit in a few years and there is always a draw back to this cosy and friendly. We were welcomed by a lovely receptionist who looked after us very well. We got a beautiful Suite overlooking the bay. We spent a happy hour in the bar being served by a friendly barman originally from Clonmel. The following morning we had super breakfast with a great variety of fruits, cereals, and hot food. We will certainly make our ways back here again.

This hotel has everything you need, modern, clean and very welcoming. As ever its the staff that make the 'real difference' There could only be picky points, the food is better down the road at the Talbot hotel, and the pool is in an annexe across a draughty courtyard. Overall a great stay in a fascinating part of Ireland

Room Tip: get a sea view at the front of the hotel

A rather worn but clean hotel. The room was adequately sized but with a dated interior and bathroom. Friendly reception and staff. It is situated a bit out of the town centre which suited me fine on this trip, but may be a bit off if walking around. On the minus side was the poor sound-proofing of the rooms. Normal conversation in the corridor outside my room could be clearly heard through the door. My visit coincided with a Dinner Dance and the hotel was full of drunk locals. Eventually I had to call reception at 2 am to ask them to silence my neighbours, which they swiftly did. Breakfast was also disturbed by obviously still drunk guests. The breakfast was top class, with plenty of selections. Bearing in mind what I payed in other hotels of a much better standard on this trip I would label Broadhaven Bat Hotel as pricy.

Room Tip: Ask if there is a quiet section of the hotel if there are functions ongoing during your visit.

My husband and I stayed here on a 2 day special offer break. We found the staff very friendly and professional at all times. Our sea view room was spotless and comfortable. We didn't use the leisure centre or pool so couldn't comment on that aspect of the hotel. We had dinner on both evenings and found the food excellent.
Overall we found this hotel a very relaxing place to stay.

We stayed here for a weekend break whilst attending a wedding. It was a lovely weekend. We had a ball. The staff in the hotel are fantastic. Majority of them are locals and couldn't do enough for you. The standard of accommodation and food is mediocre. Completely satisfactory but nothing wow. The location of this hotel is fab. Overlooking the estuary, beautiful views. I also used the spa and hair salon while I was here. Very good also.
