I think this is a fantastic place with spacious lounging areas and a great bar. It really s very well decorated and nice to have somewhere to lounge around on the inevitably rainy days on the West Cost of Ireland. I like the restaurant a lot but be warned the food is incredibly rich, so if you like dainty delicate food its not for you. Fortunately I'm a fan of rich food!!!!

We spent 5 nights in Mount Falcon Estate over the Easter break and we loved it. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The Estate itself is like something out of Narnia, and the kids explored every inch of it. There were lots of organised events as well as things the kids just picked up - like Archery. Highlight was driving into the lodge and a bunny hopping across the driveway. You couldn't make it. Suffice to say the Easter Bunny knew where to get us this year.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Wooden Chalets which were fantastic.

Magnificent! In every way We were here on the weekend of Friday 16th of May for my Sons wedding, from we arrived on Thursday until our departure on Saturday it was fantastic.the staff were so friendly and very efficient in every way.Our room was in the main old part of this beautiful house it was called "The Stumps" beautiful large room with a big bathroom and a wonderful power shower, other members of the family had rooms in the newer part which were equally as nice,in fact the way this house was extended and blended in so well it's hard to see the difference.Breakfast was superb, with beautiful fresh fruit juice , breads cereals, and freshly cooked to order hot breakfast. We ate in the bar on Thursday night this too was very well presented and delicious. Now to the main event the wedding! To say they were super is an understatement ! Sinead was great she was the wedding organiser and was very professional in every respect. the wedding meal was outstanding and the waiting staff were excellent.Mount Falcon has it all !!We will definitely be going back for a break hopefully in the near future, the weather was glorious which made our time there even more special.A big thank you and keep up the excellent work

Room Tip: All rooms in Mount Falcon are excellent large very comfortable.the Suites are super if you want to r...

My husband and I celebrated our wedding day at Mount Falcon this May 2014. We had the most amazing day and the staff were super. Having dietary requirements, I only had to mention these once and I was really well looked after. Our guests were delighted with the food and wine. We stayed for the weekend and really enjoyed our entire stay, making use of the driving range, swimming pool and had an introduction to the resident halk, with the staff remembering us and being so friendly and attentive all weekend. We'll definately return for another celebration!

Stayed here with my husband for two nights, it was a real treat for us. Service was very good lovely tea and scones on arrival in the bar. Room was ok bit small for price, bathroom was fab...huge. Dinner in "the kitchen" restaurant was amazing best meal we have had out in a long time. Good fun on the driving range, lovely spa treatment, pool area really nice. Bar closed quite early on the monday night(11)which was a bit dissaponiting when in a hotel. Overall lovely experience would definitely go back.

We stayed in a courtyard lodge for 5 nights over Easter and had a fab time. The lodge was roomy, clean and comfortable. We brought 2 dogs and our bikes, so took full advantage of the beautiful grounds, taking walks and cycling back and forward to the hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool each day, mum had a lovely afternoon at the spa. The hotel arranged for a local babysitter and we were able to have a lovely kid free meal in the restaurant on the Saturday night. Then we had a lovely family meal together in the hotel on Easter Sunday afternoon. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the Easter Egg hunt in the grounds and the falconry display. To round it all off, the weather was great much better than forecasted. Can't wait to go back again!

Room Tip: Highly recommend a lodge, they are very close to the hotel.
