“Unbelievably Superb”
Reviewed 10 April 2014

4 of us were Staying in Portmarnock Links last Friday (4/4/2014) and had booked Kajjal many weeks beforehand. True to form their food was exceptional, as was their service. We really could not fault either (price was good as well). However they topped our evening off by calling us after we left informing us that when we paid our bill adn tip, there were two 20 euro notes stuck together within the cash we left them and they wanted to let us know that we had therefore paid them way over the odds. How many places would do that? Just superb

“Family lunch”
Reviewed 6 April 2014

This is a very nice venue for getting together with family or friends and the food is terrific. The atmosphere on Sunday afternoons with the soft background live music is very enjoyable. Service is friendly and the staff wish to enhance your experience. Reasonable on the pocket too!

“Delicious!”
Reviewed 12 March 2014

Sunday lunchtime 9 March. Gorgeous food, fresh flavours, not too oily, vegetable dishes highly recommended.
Live music in background added to great relaxed atmosphere ( female vocalist plus companion)
Will return!
It is possible to enjoy a truly tasty meal here without breaking the bank. Increasingly rare in Dublin and it's environs!
Other diners: priest on his own, knocking back a big glass of red with his curry! Three tables had infants in pushchairs, others were family and friends. Something for everyone here. The seating is cleverly arranged to allow all to enjoy without being on top of each other, and there's is also an inviting bar/ counter area.
