We had the monk fish and black sole. Unbelievably exquisite. So fresh you could taste the sea. Oh and the lamb loin which was perfect. Service was magical, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the live guitar was superb. Great meal, presented with style and a relaxed warmth that sophisticated without any pretension. Such a great space - full of character and style. Art on the walls, an eclectic mix of seating, and professional friendly staff. Starters and bread were bang on perfect too.
They were only let down by two things: the house wine was flat and boring, and the desserts (except for the home made ice cream) were uniformly disappointing. But all in all, great meal and left us feeling happy.
