“Idilic cottage close to the centre of Kinsale”
Reviewed 11 March 2018 for a stay in February 2018

Idilic cottage full of Irish charm, warm cosy and close to all the amenities in Kinsale.
Friendly, welcoming and informative owners.
We enjoyed a perfect relaxing winter break with interesting walks, excellent food and all the attractions that this area of Ireland has to offer.
We look forward to returning soon.

“Great location for enjoying Kinsale and its environs.”

This clean well appointed cottage is a short pleasant walk from the center of Kinsale and is a great base to start the Wild Atlantic Way. Thanks to Dan for meeting us and the welcome package.

“Wished we could have stayed here longer!”
Reviewed 24 November 2017 for a stay in November 2017

Dan & Bev are perfect hosts. The response to our inquiry was prompt, friendly & informative. Payment was easy through this site. They greeted us on arrival, gave us a tour of the cottage and had some “welcome” goodies for us. #3 Lobster Cottage is cozy & clean. Conveniet for walking into the town’s center, restaurants, shops & historic sites. It also has easy access to roadways. We felt quite at home and were able to sit out on the patio enjoying the water view and activities. We highly recommend this cottage and hope to return! Thanks Bev & Dan.

“Welcoming place to stay even in a hurricane 😉”
Reviewed 21 October 2017 for a stay in October 2017

We arrived a day late due to Hurricane Ophelia and even though we had no power, we had a gas fireplace for heat and the cold water was running . Dan met us and supplied milk, bread , candles, a flashlight and stayed in contact until the power came back . Not what you really hoped for in a vacation, but you don't come to Ireland for the weather ! The cottage is beautiful, clean and well maintained. the location is perfect, only a brisk 10 minute walk to the town center. We would happily stay here again. Thank you Dan and Bev

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage - complete kitchen ( even a washer/dryer ) - very clean, comfortable and charming ( including a gas fireplace ) - saw a few seals in the harbor on our walks to downtown Kinsale - excellent internet connection
