Beds are very comfortable with modern bathroom. Breakfasts & afternoon tea were so delicious !
Great location in an amazing town> will come again. Well worth the little extra $ . Good place to enjoy or/and travel from. Amazing restaurants in town & friendly pubs ! Good shopping also. Highly recommend.

Our stay here with another couple for 2 June nights in the suite was just right. The sitting room allowed us to have a place to join each other in comfort, yet private. Philip's breakfasts were delicious. Noreen and other staff were very accommodating. The central location to town was ideal. The web info that one room of the suite is better due to location is true. We had the window open one night as the temp was unusually warm, and we did hear a number of revelers on way home from watching the World Cup on Saturday night. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Kinsale.

The Old Presbytery definitely had the most comfortable bed we slept on during our 2 1/2 stay in Ireland, and wow, the seafood fritatta in the morning was sooo good! Kinsale is a great little town, and at this b&b, you are right in the heart of it. It's the perfect spot, as we opted to skip Cork and come straight to Kinsale. Loved the afternoon coffee and scones they provided!

Had a great stay in the old presbytery. We had a Lovely attic room with great views of Kinsale. Breakfast was very good, the best I've had in a b&b. The staff were friendly and attentive and the b&b has a good central location. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for one night in May 2014, and were very impressed. The location is great, with off street parking a major plus in Kinsale. We were greeted in a friendly and helpful fashion, and offered afternoon tea (which was a delicious choice of cakes). We were on the top floor, with a view of the street. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom were both very clean with heaps of character, including a comfortable four poster bed. Depending on where your room is, the place can initially seem like a bit of a rabbit warren, but access through the rear door solved that. There may be quite a lot of stairs to take your luggage up, but help is offered and it was no problem for us. Breakfast was delicious - I had the wonderful fruit crepes, and the homemade walnut bread was devine. Checking out was handled efficiently and again, very friendly. I am happy to recommend this B&B to others.

This B&B was so perfect. It felt like a boutique hotel rather than a B&B which is preferable for us. It had the added bonus of Noreen who is just a wonderful host and so accommodating. The parking situation was clutch. The bedroom was so clean, well decorated and comfortable. The view from the top floor made the night - the view was of the harbor and so perfect.
Location is just at the top of town so you do have to walk up hill but the town is so small that it's not noticeable in the least. We would absolutely stay at Old Presbytery next time we go to Kinsale.

We stayed at the Old Presbytery for 2 nights in May. It was a perfect choice. It is in a convenient location, has off street parking (a big plus on weekends) and the best B & B breakfast that we had on our trip to Ireland. The porridge served with fresh berries was superb. Noreen is so friendly with great suggestions for dinner. We ate at both restaurants-Max's Wine Bar and Fishy Fishy. Our king room was comfortable with a tub and a shower. She has lots of interesting antiques all around the building. We were on the second floor so it was quite convenient to the breakfast area. Our room on the back was also quiet. Highly recommend.
