Welcoming hosts Valerie and Brian made our stay positive. We had a large room, scenic and quiet area about 8 minutes walk from historic town of Kinsale (downhill) and great breakfast with a wide choice on offer. Valerie greeted us with tea in the lounge, explained various good places to visit and how to get there, gave us maps and best of all she sent on to me in London small item I had left behind. How's that for service !
Thank you, Helen

Room Tip: Our large room with one double bed and one single (we were two women) was to the front if the house...

Very nice B&B in a beautiful house. We had a clean and spacious room. A huge selection of tasty breakfast awaits you in the morning. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The beautiful city centre is in walking distance.

We have stayed in Kinsale twice previously but this is the first time at this B&B. If we are in the Kinsale are in the future - this will be the B&B where we will want to stay again
The B&B is beautiful and so are the grounds. Both the bedrooms and the bathrooms are spacious and beautiful.. The breakfast was very tasty and plenty of food. The B&B is within walking distance of Kinsale which is great since Kinsale has small streets and more conducive to walking then driving. If you are planning on a trip to Kinsale, Ireland - this is the B&B to stay at.

Room Tip: Our room was on the back and was lovely but perhaps a room on the front would give the lovely view o...

The room was great, it was spacious and clean. We were able to order breakfast from a menu, and the food was wonderful. The bed and breakfast was close enough to downtown to walk, however, the streets aren't lit at night, and there is no shoulder or sidewalk to walk on, which isn't ideal when walking home later at night. The hostess was helpful, she gave us a map and showed us how to get downtown and where was good to go.

This was one of the best bed and breakfast we stayed at during our 3 weeks in Ireland. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We even had a little table and 2 chairs; and the view was incredible. We enjoyed a great breakfast each morning and the hosts were pleasant and accommodating.

Room Tip: Get a room looking out of the front of the house if you can as you'll look all the way to the oc...
