Well worth a visit here too. The church ismuch larger inside than it looks. There are some beautiful stained glass windows - the colours re amazing. Steeped in history.

There has been a church on this site for more than 1400 years and the current church was built in 1190!! The graveyard is very old and you can find graves to souls who were lost in the sinking of the Lusitania.

Very nice grounds and a lot of history. Some parts of the Church are still a ruin but that only adds to the charm (Galway wing).

Beautiful old church, lovely Minister too! Difficult to get parking around the area as much of it is paid - there is a small car park down the hill to the left but fills up quickly.

Loved learning the history of this little church in all it's corners! Plus the cemetery has interesting tombstones.
