This hotel is by far the best hotel i have ever been too. The food was first class at the wedding, not to mention the function room which was beautiful for the occasion. The rooms were clean and spacious. A good buzz in the hotel, enjoyed the 2 different bars and the breakfast was great.

Booked and overnight stay in an executive double room breakfast included through booking.com for €127.50.
On arrival at room 205 we found a double bed and a single bed in what might well have been a spacious room without the single bed!
Our room was on a 'non smoking' floor but it didn't stop guests smoking in the lobby beside the lift...
The beds where very comfortable but the room was hot and stuffy as there is no air conditioning. Our view was not over the River Shannon but over the bins, and storage areas. Awakened by banging of rubbish bins at stupid o'clock... The cooked breakfast was nice but small portions ...
I was looking forward to staying here but it was such a let down and certainly nothing not more than 2/3* accommodation or service.

Horrible, dull and dirty rooms! Cup ring marks on table, broken lampshade filthy carpet. Reception staff rude! She said rooms were bad because of booking.com allocated! Never said thank you or goodbye.

We recently stayed for 3 nights with our kids. Rooms probably 3/5 just a bit shabby & no air con. Boardwalk cafe 3/5 but every single staff member was 5/5, couldn't have been more helpful and were brilliant with the kids. Afternoon tea was pretty good too!

Visited the Landmark recently with friends for lunch. Food was served in the bar area, The restaurant manager for the area was abrupt with no welcome. Menu for lunch was overall very expensive. We settled on Burgers which came with a small salad and chips. Overall overpriced and very average food.

We stayed in the Landmark Hotel for 3 nights in the last week of July 2014. We got a fantastic deal which included a meal also, which was all the better. The hotel itself is situated in an ideal setting. The room was nice, very clean but slightly dark as the window was quite small, but that is only minor.
We ate in the hotel on the first night of our stay, the meal was already paid for and from working in a hotel myself and knowing the run of the mill, I expected us to receive a basic enough residents menu to choose from but instead we were presented with a fantastic menu with more than enough choice. The presentation of all the dishes were incredible, the portions were nothing to complain about & the taste was out of this world. You would definitely not leave the Landmark hotel hungry, that is for sure! I can safely say, it was one of the best meals I ever sat down to eat from start to finish. Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning which was a great start each day. I need to give the staff a special mention - they are a credit to the hotel and the hotel would be nothing without them. Definitely will be returning as I felt so welcomed for my whole stay. Would highly recommend this hotel for young/older couples, families or groups of friends.

Room Tip: Eat in the restaurant !!

Stayed here for one night at late notice, our room was a let down, it needs a good refub and was right beside the loading bay and bottle bank so it was quite noisy very early in the morning. In saying that the rest of the Hotel was very nice. The bar is an array of colour and busy, try their cocktails you will not be disappointed, and you will enjoy breakfast. All staff we came into contact with were helpful, friendly and approachable.

Room Tip: Don't be near the loading bay
