This is our second stay at the Adare Manor Villas, and I would come back again. You have a full town home complete with kitchen and laundry, privacy, and the most beautiful atmosphere anyone could hope for on a trip to Ireland. The estate is lovely and it is next to Adare, which is the most quaint village one can experience. A stay here is conducive to relaxation, peace, and quality of life. If I could live here, I would in a snap!

Room Tip: Ask for a villa that backs to the golf course

What a wonderful place to stay. The Adare Manor is like a castle with modern five star amenities. The food and service were impeccable. The staff are outstanding. Nothing is too much to ask for. Nothing is too small. We were tired, hot and sweaty from traveling all day and we both took showers before dinner. While at dinner, the staff turned down our bed and completely cleaned and restocked the bath with fresh towels and soap, etc. The room was roomy and we had plenty of extra pillows. We can't wait to stay at Adare Manor again.

Spent one night in Adare on a 7-day tour of Ireland and it was magical. Such a quaint and beautiful city and the Adare Manor was gorgeous and stunning yet still comfortable. Recommended for families, couples, friends, and really anyone.

There is a reason it is a 5 star lodging. Brilliant in all regards. From the moment of the drive in to the last moment pulling out, it surpassed my expectations. It is beautiful. The accommodations were grand. The staff.... amazing. The food was devine.

Adare Manor is located close enough for you to schedule day trips to the Cliffs of Moher, Blarney Stone, Dingle or other west coast sights. The hotel will even arrange a driver to take you to all of these locations. Make sure you check out their afternoon tea and eat lots of scones with clotted cream! This castle/hotel is not only incredibly beautiful but the staff is so friendly and helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat.

The hotel has falconry and hunt reenactments occasionally for special groups. They have a private gated entrance to the village of Adare. Make sure you hop on the free guided tour of the manor while you're there to learn more about the property. Some really interesting history is part of this majestic place. If you're considering staying here, splurge and book your room! It's worth it and you'll always be able to say you stayed in a castle!

Although thie property itself is beautiful and the accommodations excellent, the service was the worst we had ever experienced in all our years of travel. Too many instances to explain, but the staff was unbelievably inattentive and many times, rude. At the end of the evening, I was so upset and spoke to the manager, Brian, who was, as he said, embarrassed. He said he would remove the charge for our dinner wine as a gesture of apology. When we checked out the next morning, the charge had not been removed and we had to go through the comedy of errors all over again.
During our stay in Ireland, we stayed at six top rated hotels. All, but Adare Manor, lived up to their reputation.

We stayed here a few years ago and loved the property as well as the dining... and reviewed Dromoland more recently so we decided to pop back in to Adare and make sure all was still good. It is... the service is still amazing from the moment you arrive to when you leave and everything in between.

We were scheduled for a Hawk Walk at 3pm and it was a surprise to the rest of the family so I said our room wasn't ready... and we went over to the gardens for the Hawk Walk. We strolled around a bit and when we went back, our luggage was in the room. Someone from reception walks you to your room and offers to show you how things work, but we declined.

We immediately got ready for the pool and took our daughter there to try it out as we missed it on our last visit. Quite nice with changing facilities, lockers, towels, steam room, etc.

Dinner was dress-up in the main dining room and while our reservation was at 7pm, we were the first to arrive! Our daughter loved the attention everyone showered upon her and her gorgeous dress... and they gave her a coloring book and colored pencils which made her night (and allowed us a few minutes to enjoy the food!)

Overall, this will remain a top pick for clients who want a castle for their last night... and it was only about 20 minutes to Shannon Airport!
