I couldn't give these two beautiful people enough compliments. I mean we would rather stay and laugh than sightsee. Dennis and Eileen are jems! They have a Georgous guesthouse that deserves a five star! Breakfast was lovely and our sleep was oh so comfy. We sat and mapped out our day in their personal kitchen and it felt very much like home. Let me say it again, their guesthouse is fantastic and they have huge clean rooms. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night.

Stayed here one night in July with my husband and son. Eileen and Dennis could not have been more accommodating, and both were a delight to chat with. The house is really impressive from the outside, and has lovely artwork hanging in the entryway and public areas (including may beautiful batik pieces created by Eileen herself). Our room was very spacious and comfortable, although could have used a little more attention (mirror wasn't as clean as it should be, one lamp wasn't working and the light over the bathroom sink needed a new lightbulb). But the beds were comfy, the room was quiet and all-in-all it was a very nice experience. I really liked the fact that it was a little off the beaten track but still within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. We weren't overly enchanted by Adare (although it is a very cute town), but enjoyed strolling around for a few hours. I would highly recommend the tour of the local castle ruins which runs out of the heritage center in town -- very informative and interesting.

Dennis and Eileen have created a lovely atmosphere in their home. Our room was very large and comfortable, with high ceilings in the bathroom. There are several lovely sitting rooms and a delicious. If you are lucky, Bentley will deliver a canine welcome.

We were warmly greeted upon our arrival by Dennis and Eileen. Their home was very comfortable, clean, and a great location from which to start and end our trip to Ireland. The breakfasts were delicious! Dennis and Eileen gave good recommendations of where to eat in Adare and as well as sights to see in the area. Adare has great access to lots of sightseeing such as the Dingle Peninsula, Cliffs of Moher and the Burren. Dennis and Eileen were great hosts and we would definitely return to stay with them again.

Dennis and Eileen Moroney run a good joint. Nothing fancy or exotic but rather homely and comfy. The 2 of them are very warm and friendly and make sure you you feel at home and welcome. If you are in Adare, this is a good place to stay...you are 2 mins to main street and all the pubs.

Adare was our first night in Ireland, Our welcome from Denise was so warm and cheerful. The rooms were nice. Breakfast was excellent! Denis and Elline were so kind. Denise gave us great directions to our next stop which helped us out a lot. They were going to a wedding that afternoon out of town and still made the extra effort to accommodate our needs upon checkout.

Having stayed in Adare a dozen years ago, we knew it easily accessible from Shannon Airport (less than an hour drive) after an overnight flight. We were delighted to be referred to Adare Country House from another fully booked B&B. Centrally located, we took a leisurely walk along the river to have lunch in Adare, return for a nap, and then again walk to dinner at The White Sage, where we had a splendid meal (which we booked on-line prior to our arrival). After a quiet night sleep in our large bedroom, Mr and Mrs. Moroney prepared an excellent breakfast and treated us very hospitably during our one night stay. Generally delightful and would definitely stay again.
