We had a very comfortable stay here. The owners, Denis & Eileen, were very welcoming and friendly. Great rooms with en-suites. Very convenient , a short walk from the village.

I stayed at this lovely B&B for my birthday weekend. As I travel on business on a weekly basis I normally go for luxury hotel and didn't know what to expect from an Irish B&B.

The location of Adare Country House is fantastic - a very short walk to the village centre and it is very quiet. The room is spacious - it's simple, well decorated, with kettle/tea/coffee. Bathroom is of good size and I loved the hot shower.

There are two lounges in the groud floor as well as a cozy breakfast room. Very good cooked Irish breakfast.

The hosts - Denis and Eileen - can't be more friendly and accommodating. They have very good local knowledge, always have time for a chat and are both very thoughtful.

It's a great B&B and offers fantsatic value!

My sister, niece and I spent our first night in Ireland with Denis and Eileen at Adare Country House. It set the bar for every other B&B we stayed at in Ireland! The room was spacious and comfortable, the hosts were a joy, the breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect and the home itself, a treasure, just lovely! Denis even gave my niece and I a crash course on how to pack our mountain of luggage in our rental car which we used and appreciated during our entire trip! I can't wait to return!

We were supposed to stay in Galway or Limerick and did not want to stay there so we went down to Adare and were fortunate to find the Adare Country House. It was in the evening when we arrived and found this guest house. I knocked at the door and asked the owner if she had three rooms available for two nights and fortunately she did. Eileen and Dennis were wonderful hosts. The Adare Country house was spotless and kept meticulously clean. The breakfasts were fabulous and plentiful. I would recommend the Adare Country House to anyone.

What more can best said, the stayed at many B&B's whilst in Ireland and Scotland and this one set the benchmark. Although many others were good this was the best. The rooms were spacious and comfortable the position was great being a short walk to the main town. The hosts were great and provided us with information regarding the trips we embarked upon. The breakfast was all one could ask for and lasted right through the day.
Adare is a charming village with some nice restaurants and pubs. We found the local pubs provided live music on some nights and it was a great atmosphere to get amoungst the locals and sing Irish songs and drink the local brews.
It was the only place we saw in Ireland that had Guiness ice cream.
I couldn't recommend this place any higher and would go back tomorrow.

We stopped in last minute, with a big group and the owners were so incredibly accommodating! They offered us drinks, drew maps to our destinations for the next day, recommended restaurants and even showed us family photos!

The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Everything was just off the busy main street, making it easy walking distance for meals and shopping and quiet for sleeping. A very comfortable and welcoming B&B.

Its not often that you come across a homely place such as this, with perfect hosts, but this was a lovely case in point. Denis and Eileen went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a variety of things to do during our three day stay. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the breakfasts ensured you were content and full till lunchtime. In particular Denis gave great recommendations to us for activities, which i would suggest anyone should do, and both hosts were very friendly to our little 2 year old girl, who was quite happy to run around the lounge rooms. Thanks for a great stay and I am sure we will be back.
