Stayed here during the Bank Holiday weekend with my girlfriend whilst on a motorcycle trip. The b&b is within easy walking distance into the town (5 minutes). The room was clean and tidy, our room had an ensuite. Shower (with shampoo and shower gel) and toilet in ensuite the hand basin was in the main room area but well placed not to take up much room. The room had a tv.
The breakfast was very good, a selection of yoghurts and cereals and the traditional irish fry up, tea, coffee and fruit juice were all available too.
The owner Mary was lovely and couldnt have been a better host. On one of the evening we were heading out for dinner it was raining and Mary kindly offered to drop us down and lift us again.
The b&b was out enough from the town to be quiet and had lovely views when the sun was out, but it wasnt too far that it was awkward to get into town.
I believe the b&b was excellent value, there was ample parking, and Mary was happy enough for me to put the motorbike round the back of the house out of sight (it probably would have been fine out the front).

There were tea and coffee making facilities in the guests lounge aswell as leaflets and info off the surrounding area.

Mary has a dog dont be put of by this as it very quiet (never barked once) and is also very very friendly!! It will be your best friend forever if you throw a stick for it.

All in all, our stay was excellent, and would definately return!!!!

We (Jan and Benu) knocked on the door on a rainy day looking for accommodation. Mary, the hostess, opened the door and greeted us with a hot pot of tea and biscuits. Our stay here for two nights was very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Mary is a great hostess, very accommodating always with a smile!
We recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a peaceful relaxing place to stay.

My wife and I recently had an opportunity to visit Clifden, Ireland. We arrived in town after dark and drove up a road looking for a friendly B & B. My wife spotted Clifden Farm House and said she'd like to stay there. She knocked on the door and was greeted by Mary, who invited us in and gave us a fresh pot of tea and biscuits. We told her we needed to get dinner and she recommended a nice spot to eat. Further, she offered to drive us there! Mary was very warm and friendly, willing to speak with us about anything on our minds. The room, while a bit dated, was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was very nice -- a good experience overall.

We just wandered in late in the day looking for somewhere to lay our heads.Knocked on Marys' door and were welcomed with a cheery smile and a yes to our request for acommodation. The room decor was a little dated but it was very comfortable and everything you required was there.Mary was a delightful hostess who provided wonderful hospitality and even catered for my wifes gluten free diet. All in all a lovely place to stay and we would happily rest our heads there again.

We had a couple of nights here on our tour of West Ireland and although it looks quite dated (pink bedsheets!) it was quaint and nice. The owner was lovely and chatty (but not overbearing), and their dog was so cute and friendly. It overlooks Clifden and feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, but is only actually a 5min walk from the town (it is a steep walk back but worth it to be out of the centre). Definitley recommend!

Mrs Coyne had taken our booking and then, wisely, gone off on holiday leaving the B&B to be run by her daughters. Couldn't wish for better - genuine and friendly welcome, great food, comfy room, excellent location. We were there one night only (passing through) but would love to come back for a week to explore the area properly. And this place would be first on our list of places to stay. A nice place run by genuine people. (And they don't mind motorcyclists either, because I asked. Some fabulous biking roads in the area, but sadly I was on four wheels this time.)

We 've found a great ospitality and a person that cares a lot about the confort of her house ; relaxing place and a beautyfulk view; i've appreciated the room in which we've had breakfast; clean and a very big bathroom ; there is also a room in which you can go with an animal like a dog or a cat with a private entrance...we hope to see owner soon.
