We booked a one night romantic get away and got a great price. Liz who booked us in went above and beyond the call of duty, very helpful in directions and places to see. Sharron the manager also a big help. We booked in and were put into a room next to the boiler, we asked about the noise and Liz was great about moving us. The room was very clean and comfy and had all the things we needed for being away from home. Excellent free WiFi in the room. Plenty of parking. There is a Chinese Restaurant in the hotel. We ordered dinner and took it to our room. It was the wrong order and we took it back, also breakfast is in the Chinese. Dinner was ok once we got the right order. We were there the night of Oct.26th, 2013 and we had the time change, I think the staff in the restaurant forgot to change the clocks so breakfast was about an hour later then usual, but it was ok as we had nothing pressing to get too, I think though if we were catching a plane or something, we might of complained. Room 110. Would stay again if in that area.

Within 4 miles of the Bunratty Castle, and 2 miles of the Shannon Airport, this place was perfect for our travels. Because of it's convenience, we took in the Bunratty Medieval Banquet The Bus Eireann stops right outside of the hotel which will either take you to Limerick or the airport. We took a bus to the hotel with 4 bags and a walker. The place was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it for any one who is making an early flight out of Shannon., or who wants to get a good rest before starting an Irish vacation after a long flight.

They forgot our wakeup call, but everything else made up for that as we also used our tel. alarm.

We chose this place based on the reviews of the one right at the airport. After staying we are satisfied with our pick. Its a simple place, nothing more. Good for staying just one night to be close to the airport, which is a 5 min drive (10 euro taxi that front desk or airport sets up). At first we were curious that its a Chinese restaurant there, but after eating we were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Great value for the cost. Would stay here again.

Room Tip: If you are getting up early in the morning, far from pub as possible since they play live music at n...

The room was fine and for 98 euros for a twin share very good, for son and myself. But unfortunately we had noisy couples next door, seems one couple had the other couple talking in their room half the night. After the other couple left, the couple were going for it, I was glad my son was asleep but I had to turn the tv up louder. Bathroom was fine, but no light above the bath / shower. Breakfast was 8.50 x 2 served by the Chinese restaurant and the black pudding wasn't nice and we only got one rasher instead of the usual two. Hence we had breakfast at Subway the next time. Hooray, there was a lift. I didn't go into the bar as it was noisy and seemed frequented by locals who were loud. There was a laundry service but no driver on Saturdays so I was out of luck again. So hard to get washing done on a two week trip. ps. Was close to Bunratty Castle e and Shopping Center if you have a car like us. oh and the staff were good.

Room Tip: hmmmm if all the walls are thin, I'd ask for a room where there is no one next door.

This is a lovely location for the airport, for a day or two drop off a car etc perfect. A classic motel type experience but with better quality rooms than you might expect. Couldn't fault the desk staff extremely helpful. They have a fairly decent pub type bar.

The downside is the restaurant. They appear to have franchised this out to a chinese restaurant. The service in the restaurant is sort of ok by takeaway standards but the quality of the food is utterly dire.

I stayed 3 nights and took to driving into Ennis (only 10-15 min away where there are lots of really good places to eat)

I'd stay here again for it's convenience for the airport but nothing would induce me to eat here again.

The facilities are clean, the location is perfect for staging early airport departure, the staff is friendly and courteous, and the value great. A most accommodative stay for the travel weary and location allows for easy access to downtown Shannon.
