The food was excelent! In quality, quantity, and presentation. The price is a bit above what you find in other places but worth it. Nice environment and staff.

Please don't visit Glenbeigh without dining in Rumours. Simply outstanding restaurant. We had the goats cheese with walnut crust and the monkfish goujons with mango dip to start both outstanding. We both opted for the seafood platter for main. Where do I start, oyster, smoked salmon, cockles in tomato salsa dressing, mussels in an outstanding sauce, prawns on a bed of spinach, crabmeat in a tomato, calamari some of the best we've ever eaten, grilled salmon and white fish. This platter may seen initially expensive at 25 € a head but the last time we have eaten a seafood platter of this calibre was in Barcelona and it was 150 € for 2 people! This really was super everything on the platter cooked a different way. We ate outside as we had our dog with us. We asked for chicken goujons for the dog. We were asked did the dog enjoy her goujons as the chef wants to know. Have this vision of a chef throwing knives round his kitchen screaming I cooking for a bloody dog. Well the dog loved her goujons and the lovely helpful staff who brought her water to drink. Thank you Rumours for making our last night of the holiday an outstanding one.

Dined here twice, menu catered well for vegetarian & gluten free with plenty of choice. Special requests were no issue. Glad childrens menu included roast dinner. Food tasted great, veg risotto was very fresh and light. Seafood pasta was another hit. Best restaurant we visited along the ring of Kerry & both evenings were very relaxing.

This restaurant with attached cafe is a real gem on the Iveragh peninsula. The wait staff were very kind, quick and friendly, adjusting their service to the needs and demands of the range of customers there when we dined. The food was very fresh, the fish and the pasta both delicious and flavoured very tastefully. The menu caters for vegetarian, too. Highly recommended.
