“Valentia dream”

We've had a fantastic experience in this gorgeous house in Valentia Island.
The house has perfectly accomodated our family of 10 people (3 generations) and, as stated in the ratings, everything was beyond expectation : John's organization, the house's facilities, the location, the view.

The house has no wifi... which gives you a good reason to go to the pub (to get connected) and discover the many wonderful walks and activities on the island.
You're very close to Bray Head Loop Walk (2nd of 16 things to do on Valentia Island as for TripAdvisor)
And we recommend the carriage ride with Joe (of the Ice cream parlour).

We took the challenge to travel with only 1 car. The rest of us came by train + taxi (We had booked a taxi in Killarney, excellent driver, that we definitely recommend : Mid Kerry Cabs). We don't regret our choice.

We were extremelly lucky to stay there and we definitely recommend this booking.

“Great House with Stunning Views”
Reviewed 26 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

Spent a week in Aug and the quality of the house was very high and is perfect for families or groups as its very spacious and private. Set close to Portmagee with stunning views of the surrounding countryside as well as Skellig Michael and Bray head.

We would gladly rent again when back in Valentia.

“Lovely house in a wonderful setting”
Reviewed 7 January 2014 for a stay in July 2013

We had the most amazing week in your beautiful house in Valentia. The house is comfortable, clean, cozy and well furnished. We also enjoyed the spacious garden. The weather was good to us too! It's a stunning place and hopefully we'll be back some day. We spent a week here and never ran out of things to do. Lots of great walking in the area, and the cottage is just a short drive (or walk) from the friendly village of Portmagee and also very close to Knightstown. Should definitely take the boat ride and walk to the top of Skellig Michael.
