This is a great restaurant. They combine good food with good service and a nice atmosphere. It's surprising how rarely you get this winning combination! We've been visiting here while on holidays for quite a number of years and they're the best around- quite simply 'a class act'.

Sweet little upstairs restaurant over their fish shop below. We had the Bantry Bay mussels in a white wine and garlic liquor - very fresh and loads of them, with soda bread (though you can ask for non-soda bread). Excellent choice of wines but deserts weren't so exceptional. The staff were solicitous and attentive and even amusing at times. The price was a little over the odds for Ireland but the mussels were guaranteed to be fresh so it was worth the experience. My friend had the squid also which she thoroughly enjoyed.

Popped in for lunch with my daughter, having checked on Trip Advisor to find a nice place to eat. I realised as soon as I arrived that I had chosen well when I saw that it was upstairs from a fish mongers. We both had the mussels with garlic bread and they were as good as any I have ever eaten. I can't wait to get back there to sample something else of the menu. Service was first class too. Well worth the visit, highly recommended (if you like seafood).

Out of the way seafood restaurant that tries to be low key. After treading the narrow stairwell and opening a most inconspicuous door you are suddenly amidst a hive of activity! The staff are almost trapeze artists flying all over the place to try and keep a sense of normality. What's all the fuss about? Look at the menu and you'll soon discover that this is going to be whole new experience. A myriad of seafood options with wonderful combinations and twists could lure you into three courses of appetizers as that whiff of indulgence permeates the olfactory lobes!

This is heaven for fish lovers. The food is simple but delicious. We went with our young kids but decided we'll have to get a babysitter for our next visit so we can really indulge!
