This garden has a beautiful location overlooking the sea. The plantings and stone walls are pretty. The simple signs with info about people who were on the Titanic were short and interesting.

A sort walk from the centre of Cobh. The garden has a large glass memorial listing all the people that left Cobh on the Titanic and their fate. A small garden but probably worth the walk.

Free parking about 50 yards away. Glass screen with the names of those lost on the Titanic etched on it near the waterfront. Peaceful, reflective place. Not a must see but interesting.

It will take about 5-10 minutes to walk to the memorial garden from Cobh centre. Its an easy walk. Its a nice spot to read the names on the memorial and to look out to sea and reflect on the terrible event of that fateful night. If you have been to the Titanic Museum in Cobh before the garden it will help put it in context. There is no charge for the memorial garden.

We walked all the way here from downtown Cobh. There was not much to see, just a etched glass piece with names of Titanic passengers and a few billboards. Also an overview of the harbor. If we had known that it was so small, we would not have walked all the way here, but spent more time downtown at the harbor.
