Wen we arrived in the hotel it was an effort to check in with the amount of people in the que, however that did not dampen our spirits. Our room was lovely in the new part of the hotel with a lakeview. My wife and I decided to have dinner in the carvery at the bar which was ok but very very busy. We decided to dine for the evning and relax having a few drinks in the bar.
All staff we had dealings with were very friendly but there were 2 staff working in the bar,in particular, a small blonde girl and a big lad with gingery hair, they were two of the most friendly and obliging people my wife and I had ever came across and they were Irish thank god as we had asked a young foreign girl earlier on in the nyt to clean our table and she walked away from us. We had the most enjoyable night in the bar with banter with the two bar staff and some locals that were in.
The next morning we enjoyed our breakfast and walk on the lake. We will be definitely returning and hope to see some of the same faces.More
