We stayed here over new year and had a great time. There were 3 families all with young children and the house was very well equipped for children. With a large spacious hallway and 2 separate living rooms meant there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is very well equipped for catering for large number. With lots to do in the area it's a great spot to get away for a break for a few days. Would highly recommend it.

In early October 2013 we visited this beautiful house during our touring holiday of Ireland.
We were 4 couples touring independently but we all decided to meet up in Dundrum for 5 nights to get together and play some golf, drink some beer and do some touring.
As we drove up the avenue you could not help admiring the beautifull old trees surrounding the property and this lovely bungalow facing you.
We phoned Christine before we arrived and as promised she was there to meet us and showed us around. She was very patient with us and would not leave until we were happy and assured us that she lived only a short distance away and could be over very quickly if there were any problems.
My first impression of this house was the owner takes great pride in her rental, it was spotless, the kitchen was very well kitted out for cooking and entertaining and had a lovely view out to the golf course.
Value for money this house is well worth what we paid and represents great value for money with everybody is sharing the costs.
All in all we had a lovely time in Ireland and we left with great memory's we will have forever, would we rent "Southdene" again - you bet we would.
Thank you Christine and Michael for everything you did for us during our stay.
