We stayed here with a group of friends for an idyllic weekend away. You can't beat the location - direct access to the beach, fantastic views over the estuary, and wonderful grounds.
The accommodation was excellent - really up to date with good quality furnishings and really light and airy. A great place to spend a weekend or a week.

I stayed at Loughview House with a group of friends and their children. The accommodation was luxurious. Whether spending time in the spacious kitchen, with a glass of wine, chatting with friends or slouching in an opulent leather sofa looking through mature trees at Lough Swilley - the choice was yours. Some of our party went for a twilight stroll along the beach, while the others spectated at a teenage tennis match. The weather was changeable but there was plenty to do. The little ones could run around in a traffic free area or make sandcastle a on the beach, as the water lapped on the shore, while the older ones climbed trees or just "explored". Perfect for artist or writer retreat. I'll be back (without kids!) next time for more.
